What we believe We have a lot of experience in London property. We’ve worked in traditional estate agency, where it was clear that the usual ways of doing things don’t serve most clients very well. It also attracts a particular personality type, reinforced by commission or reward structures that don’t always serve the best interests of the client. Good behaviour We are members of the three key trade bodies setting out best practice in estate agency and property management. As a member of ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agents) and NAEA (The National Association of Estate Agents) we are governed by their codes of practice which sets far higher standards than the bare requirements of the law. The code demands professionally qualified staff, regular training and independent financial auditing. Our people work across these areas, maintaining a detailed and up-to-date knowledge of each area, at the same time able to understand how market pressures might be working across the different parts of Central London. For property in a specific development we’ll understand and emphasise the context of that development as well as the individual features of the apartment.
