VERY BAD BUILDERS!! WE BOUGHT A HOUSE AND SINCE THEN WE HAD MANY PROBLEMS. THE WORST WAS A GAS LEAK THAT WAS DUE TO POOR INSTALLATION OF THE GAS PIPE. THAT COULD BE FATAL FOR US BUT THE DEVELOPER DOESN'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT TO BE SAFE!

Bought a property from them and I have a lot of problems. Should have 10 years warranty but they never answer emails or phone calls. I have problems with windows, doors, bad painting, getting rain trough, banging pipes, smell from kitchen goes upstairs in the rooms somehow and other. verry poor built

This place was once the scenic abandoned mental asylum surrounded by nature and all its inhabitants now its a horrid private housing estate and buzzards, deer, newts and other rare animals have all lost there homes thanks to the rich stop destroying nature to give the upper class thee own slice of cake

Housing development built in the backdrop of an old mental asylum left to ruin. Absolutely awful! Buildings turned into 'luxury apartments' the whole premise is horrendous.

Absolutely shocking housebuilders. Nothing but problems in our new property!! I would recommend you go elsewhere and do not purchase a property from this company.
