We first used Jason at Harbor nearly 10 years ago, and when it came time to move again there was no question about who we’d go with — we didn’t even think about looking anywhere else!
Jason and the Harbor team were brilliant from start to finish. They kept us updated every step of the way and worked so hard to get our house on the market quickly (we’d already found our dream home and didn’t want to risk losing it!). Even with all the pressure we put on him, Jason made everything feel smooth and manageable.
Honestly, I can’t recommend Jason and Harbor enough. They’ve looked after us twice now and we wouldn’t hesitate to tell friends, family, or anyone looking to move to go with them.

Ross Pollock from Harbor Property has so far been excellent during the selling process.
He’s very easy to communicate with and made us feel at ease when selling for the first time.
The standard of the marketing was excellent and was organised so that all of it and home report was done in the same day to avoid disruptions.
Initial valuation was a little lower than home report valuation, though this made for a nice surprise for hen we got the official figure.

Agency booked an appointment with the owner for Sunday 30th of May at 12:30PM.
I got there on time, no one answered the door, no one turned up, waited 20 minutes before leaving.
Couldn't phone the owner because I wasn't given their number. Owner didn't phone me, I'm assuming for the same reason. Phoned the office and they were closed.
I left a voicemail informing the agency of what happened, they phoned back the next day asking why I called as they hadn't even bothered to listen to the voicemail.

We used another estate agent for 7months with no offers and very little interest (thought we’d have to lower price etc.) Changed to harbor property and they sold it within 3 weeks and got the price we wanted and thought for months it wasn’t possible.
