We were not at all impressed with the service from this estate agents! Phone calls weren’t returned, updates were slow or non existent! We have since taken our house off the market with them and will be going with another agent! Worst experience of house selling we have ever had!

I called NF to enquire about putting our East leake home up for sale..
the guy that I spoke to (WILL) was so strange & difficult to talk to, that we went elsewhere!
He completely put my husband and I off selling with them.
His manner was sarcastic, condescending & downright odd.
He constantly interrupted & spoke over me, it was a really awful experience & I’m glad we went with another estate agent.
Such a shame that WILL was like that.
Doesn’t really put you in a good light as a business if you have someone there that behaves in this way.
Think WILL needs some more training, especially how to conduct himself in a professional, respectful manner when speaking to potential clients.
He’s driving them away and costing you business.
Hope you as a company, take this feedback constructively & make use of it.

Awful experience so far in trying to purchase a property with them!! We were interested in two properties that they had advertised and expressed our interest highly. We know it’s a competitive market and understand that things go quickly. We were booked in for viewings and we made them aware that we did not want to lose the houses and that we would be willing to put in an offer prior to viewing so we could be considered and that we are cash buyers, however it was only once I had called up to confirm the viewing that we had been informed that another offer had been accepted! It happened once, which was extremely upsetting but for it to then happen a second time is so disappointing and frustrating. Even when begging for them to put our offer forward just for consideration, the response is the seller has made their decision and do not want to go back on their word! All we wanted was a fair shot and opportunity to purchase the property. Awful experience and highly disappointed!!!

The East Leake office (Jane and Heidi) were incredibly helpful in our house purchase, they were truly invested in pushing things forward and getting us in before the bank holiday! They chased when things needed chasing, and were transparent with everything going on. I would highly recommend them as they truly cared and put a lot of effort into helping us in any way they could.

We saw a house marketed with Newton Fallowell that we fell in love with, we weren't currently on the market but Will and the team helped us get on the market quickly with videos and pictures done promptly. We sold within a week of going on the market, and had our offer accepted on our forever home. It ended up being a long chain and slow process but Zoe and Heidi pushed it over the line and Heidi was always prompt at getting back to me, despite what seemed like at points daily emails from me! They also took the stress away from us by liaising frequently with our buyer: protecting us from the pressure. We had considered an online agent to save the pennies, but I am so thankful we didn't as there is no way this sale would have got over the line and the process would have been even more immensely stressful without direct contact with skilled estate agents like Heidi Mee and Zoe. Thank you so much!

Putting property on the market is a huge decision and can be very daunting, but from the moment Will Pole came to do the valuation we felt we were in safe hands. We were guided through the process, mainly by Zoe and Heidi, and sometimes Kerry. They were all very knowledgeable and a pleasure to consult with. The whole team works together so well and communicate with each other so that whoever is in the office can access the relevant information immediately and advise accordingly. In a chain there are always going to be complications, but Zoe and Heidi kept on top of things, chasing solicitors in the chain if necessary and giving us confidence that all would work out happily, with definitely no room for negativity! They always gave us time to raise concerns and we never felt rushed. In all, a great, good humoured team, who really know their stuff, and were always on our side! Thank you all so much.

I have nothing but praise for the team at Newton Fallowell, East Leake they are first class.
The purchase of our forever home should have been a quick and easy process, but that did not turn out to be the case unfortunately.
Firstly I would like to make you aware that we were not Newton Fallowell’s clients, but……what can we say, Newton Fallowell helped us every step of the way during 8 months!!
They were absolutely amazing, we were purchasers of a property that they were dealing with for their client. They were very professional and responsive throughout an awful time for us when everything was going wrong with our buyer and his solicitors.
We have to say however that it was like we were their clients in what ended up being an absolute nightmare and long winded purchase through no fault of our own.
Zoe Whitworth was relentless in her chasing, and probably did more for us than she should have had to do.
Zoe was very professional and proactive, we hit many obstacles along the way which was not good for her client but she continually kept us well informed and went above and beyond for us and thankfully we got there in the end.
We most certainly would 100% recommend anyone to use Newton Fallowell, East Leake for the sale of their property.

My husband and I, are only too pleased, to offer a review, in respect of our experiences with Newton Fallowell Hartleys East Leake.
From the moment Mr William Pole entered our home, we felt he genuinely cared, and understood, our own particular needs relating to our individual move. With the assistance of his team, in the East Leake office, our house was on the market, with pictures in 2 days! Mr Pole attended all viewings and within a fortnight the house was under offer and was subsequently sold.
East Leake staff were particularly helpful during the sales process. Their feedback, and professional expertise, enabled the whole process to go forward in a positive and stress free manner.
