I've quite honestly never had such a smooth and efficient selling experience. Although Newton Fallowell Loughborough weren't based in West Bridgford (where we lived), we thought, what the hell - everyone looks online these days anyway. So we reached out to three agents, and Newton Fallowell were our favourites. They seemed like a genuine team of experts who'd be able to take everything off our hands and leave us to do the things that we needed to do, such as prepare our home for sale, and pack our things up. I'm so pleased we went with NF. From the moment they came out to do the valuation, to the moment our keys were handed over to the new owners, the whole process was smooth, efficient, and dealt with with the utmost professionalism, but with personality - not something I've had during a house sale before. The photos and property details were so good, we actually didn't want to leave - we thought we were mad for giving up our home. But we wanted to move to the next village. We'd already chosen where we wanted to live before even appointing NF and had no intention of losing our dream home. NF most certain bust a gut to make sure that didn't happen either. Not only did everything run smoothly, it took only SIX WEEKS from sale to us moving into our new home. Everything was executed perfectly.
