I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to the team at Newton Fallowell for their continued efforts and dedication in selling my house. Having encountered an unsuccessful experience with a previous service provider, I urgently required an agent that had comprehensive experience to value and market my property through the right media channels and to the correct target buyer.
Within 24 hours of Richard visiting the property to value and undertake photography the house was on sale with a detailed versatile narrative to capture and stimulate the interest that the property deserved.
Sue, who was my primary contact throughout the sale, certainly went the extra mile exceeding my expectations. The communication and regular update instilled me with great confidence that everything was being undertaken to ensure that the sale was on course for completion. I must also point out that in Sue’s absence the service provision was seamless as the rest of the team including Richard, Kerry, Elliot and Heidi to name a few, were fully up to date with the sale progress, enabling them to maintain a consistent service level.

Newton and Fallowell, particularly Sue, but also Jess in Sue’s absence, made the process of buying our property happen.
We had a particularly difficult sale (using a different agent, in Cambridgeshire). Suffice to say that had Sue not been so proactive in helping with an ongoing number of issues down the chain, the whole process would have fallen through.
Communication from Newton and Fallowell was SUPERB, it was the only way we could keep track of what was happening.
A professional and friendly service from a company that give the impression of really caring.
We would not hesitate to use them again in the future and would also recommend them highly.

This is the second property we’ve successfully sold via Newton Fallowell Loughborough. Generally very good communication, and they showed understanding of the fact that this particular property was a rental with tenants in situ. Using solicitors they recommended meant they could chase up where necessary. The only slightly frustrating thing was during production of the sales brochure when several fairly obvious errors meant it took some back and forth to get it right. But overall would definitely use them again.

We recently sold our property with Newton Fallowell in Loughborough and could not have asked for a better level of service. From the initial contact and valuation, to the day of completion, we felt as though every detail was taken care of and the team went out of their way to ensure a smooth sale. As we live 75 miles from property, we thought it might be a challenge to complete viewings etc, but that was all taken care of and included in the price. Nothing was too much trouble and I genuinely feel they walk a delicate line between taking care of both the buyer and the seller, something that can’t be easy at times! There were a few tricky moments, as I’m sure happens with most complex house transactions, but Jake and Jess were completely professional and supportive throughout. Communication is key, of course, and they were both always on hand to provide solutions, updates or just to answer any questions. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced service, but with every detail taken care of, these are the people to go with. We would not hesitate to recommend them and are very grateful for their service. Thank you to everyone involved :)

They are absolutely brilliant people! Great communication, 100% professional, and reliable service! After many many years of awful experiences with estate agents, we were incredibly happy with the service of Newton Fallowell Team in Loughborough. First of all, the agent who showed us around at the first viewing was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. Even in this crazy market, the house was appropriately priced therefore we had no issues with the valuation. Amanda who was dealing with the price negotiation handled this part of the process in a very fair way. Our solicitor was terribly slow and gave out lots of misleading information but Jessica our case manager sorted out those issues within no time. She was the engine of our purchase and I’m sure we would have never got this house if she didn’t keep chasing all parties tirelessly. She wasn’t just super professional and efficient but kind and patient also. Besides, their whole team was great with small things like passing on messages, calling back when they promised, etc. which was again an unusual thing for me. We were so grateful for their outstanding service and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very polite and personable and on the whole called back when they said they would. Valued our property correctly because we had several offers and it sold for over the asking price. However, the buyer we went with was not forthcoming with all the information so in the end we had to go directly through the solicitors. We will never know if the buyer was also withholding this information from the estate agent, or whether they were both withholding it from us. Sadly, we ended up not being able to trust the information that Newton Fallowell was telling us. We could only rely on the solicitors to give us accurate, up to date information. Unfortunately, this lead to a massive amount of delay and frustration with the sale.

Within 6 weeks of putting our property on the market we were under offer.
Having secured an offer, the difficult process of getting through to completion began. At every step of the way Sue at Newton Fallowell Hartleys understood the status of our chain and was in a position the drive the completion forward.
When you end up in a chain of 10, knowing that someone is progressing your sale, has good relationships with other solicitors and estate agents is reassuring. Without it the I am confident that the completion would have taken much longer.
Making sure the estate agent you choose focuses as much on progressing the sale through offer to completion as well getting your property under offer is critical. Newton Fallowell Hartleys do both of these and it’s for this reason I would recommend them.

The team at Newton Fallowell Hartley's were amazing!! We mainly dealt with Amanda who was superb and beyond helpful!! Although when away, the rest of the team were always happy to assist. This was our first home and we were quite lost in the process, but Amanda was very patient and kind in her numerous descriptions of procedures and things we needed to do in order to expedite the process of buying the home. We were in a very strange situation in that we needed to do things as quickly as possible and Amanda, as well as the rest of the team were incredible at chasing solicitors and making sure that we were aware of the part we needed to play in the steps to procure the property. We shared a very good experience with your Company - often under very difficult circumstances due to our solicitor being awkward, and, in our opinion, very lax and inefficient, in addition, our daughter in Canada was conducting most of the business due to my indisposition at that time, yet your people did their utmost at all times for our benefit. They were always polite, informative, helpful in every way they could be, and did a truly great job for us. We would never hesitate to recommend Hartley's.

Our recent sale and purchase went through absolutely seamlessly. We placed our house on the market with NFH and it had sold STC within two days. We had completed and moved within six weeks! Richard, Sue and all the team were so friendly and efficient that I cannot recommend NFH highly enough. They say that moving house can be one of the most stressful events in life. I recently sold a house in Loughborough. I chose Newton Fallowell Hartleys, of 3 Swan St Loughborough. I had Sue Moor as the agent from Hartley's. Her advice was excellent. When there was a problem , without hesitation she went out of her way to help. Due to this we had a successful Sale. Anybody either selling or buying a property in the Loughborough area should go to see Sue Moors at Newton Fallowell Hartleys. You will not find a more helpful person anywhere in the Real Estate business. And I will also say that you will never regret the day that you went to see her.

My husband and I let an apartment through Hartleys - as Letting Agents and we are very pleased with the courteous and efficient service that we receive from them.
The satisfaction of our tenants is very important to us (happy tenants are trouble-free tenants!). Hartleys and, in particular Rami, ensure that if they have any problems at all, they are dealt with promptly and effectively and we are kept informed of the progress of any repairs etc. We are happy to recommend and will certainly continue to use their services.

I want to THANK to RAMI, beacouse when we had a problem with the heating in December, he was so kind, and he had come after work and fix it . Their office was closed already , but he came! The problem was not very big, but if Rami didn't come , I would have frizzy :)

After the nightmares of dealing with Hartleys, Rami came to be my saviour. He solved the problem of my dishwasher after more than 6 months of following up. When ever I contact him, he responds rapidly and tries his best to sort it out. I gave 2 stars for the overall rating but definitely 5 stars goes to Rami.

I've had a quick response to problems I have reported and Rami in particular has remained reliable and a consistent person to liaise with, being clear about follow ups and remaining contactable, being empathetic about a number of issues that I had reported.

Moving house for the first time can be nerve-wracking and stressful, however, Scarlett at Hartley's made the whole process so easy. Scarlett was available whenever we needed her and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Not only did Scarlett make us feel important and like we were her main priority, she also made sure everything moved along quickly and efficiently. It was a delight to deal with her and I would highly recommend Harley's because of that.

Absolutely appalling, no communication or follow ups. Paid contractors to do work and never checked to see if the work was done. Poor representation for both the landlord and the tenant. They serve no purpose other than to take money from landlords.

Im not entirely sure who the other reviews have been dealing with, I have been in touch with many letting agents by phone, email and in person wanting to move from Wales back to the Loughborough area.
Scarlett and Monica far outshone all of the other agents phoning back when they promised, forwarding new properties and met me on time to show me houses which is quite unusual , Ive hung around waiting for agents before.
They are very professional and still very friendly, nothing was too much trouble and I wouldnt hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
I now have my dream house through them.

I use them as a lettings agent and they are absolutely useless! Be prepared to sort everything yourself - it doesn't matter how many times you call them, the job will just be put away and they'll start over with the same questions every time you see them. Good for nothing - just always happy to take your money.

The most unprofessional and useless estate agents. For four years i have been dealing with various estate agents and this one by far and along Aidan J Reed in loughborough are utterly disgusting on their customer services. We felt discriminated too by both agents. Within those four years we missed out on two properties to buy and a rental property with Hartleys though we had repeatedly informed them to keep us updated at all times, they failed everytime even though we made offers yet they still couldnt be bothered to let is know what was going on. We tried contacting them but no response or call back and felt completly let down by Sue on the first property and no one bothered with the latest property two weeks ago. Most of the staff are fake and dont give a dam, we know its their job to be arrogant and pretending to be 'great', 'reputable' agents when really they are just minimum wage sale assistants.
