Jon and Louisa were very supportive and offered lots of useful advice to assist us with our rather tricky onward purchase. They went out of their way to keep in contact with us and helped us with a couple issues that arose during the purchase of our house. We can’t thank Jonathan and his team Louisa and Laura enough for what became a very difficult and prolonged journey of trying to move home. After our first chain breaking down close to completion through no fault of ours, the guys at Newton Fallowell where very supportive and committed to finding new buyers for our home again. They went over and above in supporting us and our new buyers whilst we again looked for our new home, which can’t be said for the other estate agents we dealt with along the way. They treated us with the utmost compassion and professionalism through our very stressful time.and Jonathan was always at hand to give wise advice on our purchase of a new build. They even took care of the roles of the incompetent estate agents that we where buying through. We really can’t speak highly enough of the service that we received from the guys at the Market Deeping branch we really felt they cared which is an unusual commodity in today’s world.We would not hesitate in either using there services or recommending them in the future. Unfortunately my experience of Newton Fallowell is quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. We were the buyers of a property and in the initial phases running up to the offer NF were responsive and enthusiastic. Following the offer and up to completion. This was markedly different, sluggish replies and more often ignored emails, this was hugely in contrast to the local agent we used for our own sale who was nothing short of fantastic. That doesn’t deserve one star though, nor a negative review. However on the day of completion we were given the keys and began moving into our new home, unfortunately there was a misunderstanding and the vendor had not completed their move out. Instead of calling to try to rectify the situation I received a call from Jon (the managing director) where he shouted at me down the phone, accused us of going against what we were told and breaching contract. I would never expect such a disgustingly unprofessional approach from any business, let alone from the managering director of the branch. To then further compound the issue, whilst we were resolving the issue with the sellar, Jon took it upon himself to come to the property, further shout at my partner, again accuse us of lying, and then finally whilst having another conversation with the sellar interject with the same aggressive, dogmatic and domineering approach. I am still lost for words. We are still disgusted, angry and upset by the situation weeks later. All I can say is, be mindful, and the sellar and I have chosen to communicate further without the agent. I think that says than any negative review could. To Newton Fallowell. Thank you for your response. There was never a case of no access and it’s unfair for say otherwise. If only your well constructed and diplomatic response could have been demonstrated on the day then no review would be required. Best wishes:... Read more

My experience with all of the team at Newton Fallowell was a positive one and I would highly recommend them. We viewed several houses with them and they had an excellent knowledge of the properties, a very warm an welcoming attitude and we’re very engaging. I really liked the way they discussed ideas for the property with us and used their knowledge and insight. We had a long wish list that was also complex but they always looked for solutions and were a real help. When we eventually found a property I genuinely felt they were delighted for us.
