Having been out of the property market for over 22 years Rosedale was a breath of fresh air with regards to leading us through the process. They gave us tips on how to prepare the property for marketing purposes and guided us through the process. We obviously marketed it at the right level as we had two viewings, one second viewing and received two offers, one of which we accepted. Although our journey was relatively quick and painless I am sure that they would have supported us just as much if it turned out to be a protracted process.

Rebecca from the Market Deeping branch was fantastic, she knew what we were looking for, arranged several on the same day, knew all the details for each, answered all question, never pushy. We instantly knew the one we wanted as soon as we walked in.
Becky was always in touch to see about updates and kept us and the vendor up-to-date even when delays from my end caused delay to completion, even phoning the other parties involved in my sale when she was not involved (house in Derby).
Becky was always helpful, happy and smiling, a pleasure to deal with and I'd instantly recommend Becky and Rosedale.

After a rocky start, with the help of Karen who took over our sale, I finally managed to sell my house after 6 months. Karen is a great communicator, is down to earth and always ready to answer any queries which inevitably come up with any house sale. She was lovely to talk to on the phone, honest, empathic and very willing and helpful. She was encouraging when times got tough and also willing to accommodate new needs when necessary. Excellent service provided by Simon and Karen. Moving home was a daunting prospect but made so much easier by the professional and friendly service provided. I was kept informed of all viewings and feedback until the sale was achieved and right upto completion.

Myself and my wife have just recently sold our property with Rosedale Market Deeping and we would like to publicly thank Simon ,Karen and Lesley for all their great help and cooperation from our sale 3 months ago to our exchange today ready for completion - moving into our new property on the 25th May

I sold my property with the Stamford branch a couple of years ago and decided to use Rosedale again for my move in Deeping. Simon & Lesley are are so helpful and friendly. This must be the third or 4th time i've used this company and the service is always excellent. Since I first used them they have started doing videos and virtual tours which I think are absolutely brilliant especially when you are looking for another property to buy. I'm hoping this will be my last move but if I sell again I will def use you without hesitation
