We were very impressed with all the staff at Briggs. Paul was very informative about the current climate and has great knowledge of the area which made us think about certain things we had not considered. The house sold very quickly and the team are excellent at keeping us informed of progress. Can’t praise them enough.

Briggs were our buyers agents who were a lot better and helpful than our own especially lucy who was very patient and understanding in the demanding situation that we found ourselves in although it didnt go through in the end no fault on briggs end i would have no worries about using them again in the future.

Where to even begin! We can not thank Lucy enough for all of her hard work in pushing our purchase through. It was a long, frustrating and very stressful 6 months with many worrying times, believing that the chain would collapse and at times not even having any faith completion would ever happen. Unfortunately, there were many incompetent and rude solicitors in the chain and Lucy had to bear the brunt of it in order for us all to exchange and complete, and without her, our sale, purchase and the sale of another property down the chain, would never have happened. Lucy went above and beyond her job and did everything she possibly could for us and I personally can’t thank her enough for such amazing communication and determination to get this sorted for us all!! I know that the rest of the chain feels exactly the same and without a doubt, Lucy is an absolute credit to Briggs. I wouldn’t think twice about using Briggs the next time we move. Again, thank you so much, Lucy!

I had a very bad experience with the agency as I have accepted to pay the requested price in a property, and I reviewed it twice, then they came back to me mentioning that the price didn't like the vendor as he wanted a higher. price. They tried to give me the impression that it was my mistake as I didn't confirm my offer which is obviously not true as the advertisement was so clear that it wasn't for offers but it was for a certain price. They tried to do many manipulation about the reason for what happened and the call ended up by their agent hanging up the phone while I was talking in a very unprofessional way. This whole story caused a lot of stress, frustration for the family and myself and disappointed the children so much after being happy to move to the new home.
I wouldn't really recommend dealing with them at all.
