Honestly couldn’t thank the whole team at Beebys enough! The whole process has been quick and easy thanks to them! We thought finding a place to live would be hard due to the fact we have two cats, but it was very much the opposite with this company! Very professional but also friendly.
Dawn in particular has been amazing start to finish. I originally rang about a different property, which I was advised had just become unavailable, and Dawn was able to get me a viewing for an alternative property the next day.
I absolutely love the house and the area and the whole process has been fast and smooth.
Both Dawn and Lydia have been honest and upfront about everything, a total change from previous estate agents I've used.

We had been looking for a rental for sometime but we were really struggling to get somewhere we seemed to be up against lots of other people looking to rent.
I saw this house on right move and booked a viewing which we were able to see the same day. We met dawn at the address and she showed us round we said we were really interested but couldn’t go through the whole process of us up against lots more applicants. She advised they are different if we said we wanted it and placed the holding deposit no one else would be viewing the house. So we did just that. The whole application process was so easy and any questions dawn was on hand to answer. We are now in our dream house and would highly recommend Beebys.
We had an issue with the dishwasher and I spoke to Annette at the branch and she was straight on it speaking with landlord etc. however the thought of doing dishes by hand was not up there on things I wanted to do so off to Google I went and managed to resolve the issue myself but I have no doubt it would have been resolved by them very quickly.

We have recently rented a property & the whole team have been helpful & happy to answer any queries.
Just over a month after moving in, we had a leak, water coming through lounge ceiling. I can honestly say Beebys were on it like a rocket.
Plumber arrived minutes after my call to find & stop leak.
24 hours later came back with a new water tank, upgraded from previous one. Floor checked & replaced, as soon as ceiling was dry, decorator in & sorted it.
First class service to Beebys & contractor’s.

Wow beautiful amazing and I say excellent service provide by Ms Dawn Upton and Ms Annet from Beebys Property Ltd, I tried to put my property on rent. I contacted couple of Company but result was not positive at all. Once I made phone call to Beebys letting Agent, I got very swift response. It was unbelievable service. Ms Dawn and Ms Anette both provide me an excellent service which impressed me and boost my confidence to buy more property and hire them. They put my property on rent within week. Initially they took my house key from other Estate and view my property. They swiftly informed me that property needs remedial work, they secured me six months deposit and started all remedial work, cleaning and decorating my property. We recently moved to the local area during the pandemic, all the way from Kent, which was very stressful, however Lydia made the transition breezy. We had a problem with our oven today (Christmas Eve) and I spoke to Lydia over the phone who was extremely helpful at organising someone to come out and look at it even though the workman was working an hour away from us. It turned out to be the element in our oven that had gone which happens now and again with any oven and it was just our luck it went on Christmas Eve. I wanted to put this review because I was so thankful for Lydia organising everything especially with it being Christmas Eve and with the coronavirus restrictions they were limited to the amount of workmen. I don’t normally post reviews but I had too because with other estate agents I have had in the past they would have not solved the problem as quickly as Beebys did. I would definitely recommend this estate agent to other people and cannot thank them enough for being so quick to respond to the issue and solving it.

Words literally can’t express how happy I am to have rented a property through these guys. From start to finish of the moving in process was faultless. I had spoken to lydia numerous amounts of times leading up to my moving day date and she was fantastic. Never too busy to help. This was the first time I’d ever rented a house and had so many questions. Lydia and her team answered every single one and put my worries at ease. I have been working with Beebys for a number of years now, due to the recommendation from my father. Both my husband and I have properties that Beebys current manage for us and we would both highly recommend them.
We do not live near the properties, so we put all our trust in Beebys to not only manage the financial aspect of renting a property, but ensuring all legislation is complied with and met, keeping the property occupied with tenants, that are fully checked and referenced, as well as keeping on top of any maintenance or repairs that are needed.
The level of communication is great. Lydia is very quick and efficient in not only keeping me informed, but ensuring any further action required is attended to efficiently.
I continue to work with Beebys, and would recommend others to, as they work exactly as I believe an agent should do. In partnership, but making the renting a property stress free.

After being involved in the property industry for over 3 decades I have just completed the most challenging transaction to date. If it hadn't of been for Annette (and Lydia) for their patience, professionalism and persistence in dealing with this sale I'm not sure the transaction would have taken place. Sometimes we don't appreciate just how much time and effort our agents put in or the level of pressure and stress they endure in dealing with so many complicated issues and complicated people. Would not recommend!
From paying our deposit to moving in, what we was told had changed and we ended up having to re-decorate as 3 of the main rooms were purple! This was meant to of been painted prior to us moving in.
It gets worse, after telling them we do not give permission for anyone to go into the house without one of us there, my partner turns up to the house to find the boiler guy inside already.
They tried adding a £25 fee for a 'missed inspection' even though we were happy for it to take place, just needed the time changing to suit work commitments.
When my partner referred to the contract about both situations they decided to hand us notice to leave, because they knew we were right with what he was saying.
By this point I was so fed up with the hassle and stress it was affecting me being at the house, I moved into a different property and ended up paying for two houses, but stayed occasionally at the house, and told them to just deal with my partner.
I asked for a reference which I needed for my new home, which they agreed todo. Then 3 days later they inform me there is a £25 fee! All they had to do was respond to the email they were sent, how on earth does that cost £25, no other landlord/estate agents have ever charged a fee for this, as there is not a lot to providing one. This was not in the contract either!!
They organised viewings for potential tenants and dictated the times and on two occasions ignored our request and sent people round - of course the people were as surprised as us when we was not expecting them!
We gave our notice in which lead to the tenancy ending before there notice, out of all the estate agents I have used, I have NEVER experienced such a money orientated company who add fees as they go which were not in the contract nor had we signed to agree to them.
We later found out the rent had increased by £30 when we got the keys then 6 months later when we left it went up again another £30 this also affected out neighbours who was renting of them.
If my review can stop someone else falling into a trap with this company, then I've achieved something.
I'm sure there will be some sort of reply to this which is full of lies and rubbish.

Choosing an Estate Agent can feel like a gamble but Sheridan and the team turned out to be anything but that. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Sheridan consistently went more than the extra mile for us, being helpful, supportive but honest throughout. We knew exactly where we stood throughout a difficult process and, wherever Sheridan felt he could positively impact the situation, which was sometimes outside of his expected role, he did everything possible to do so. He kept us constantly informed and made things happen. In what can be an uncertain or stressful process Sheridan was completely trustworthy, brought everything together and surpassed all expectations. We can honestly say that Beebys were value for money.

This is my first time renting a property, and I've dealt with several letting agents recently, some good, some ridiculously poor.
Beebys are by far the most professional, courteous and helpful I have dealt with.
With letting agents in general, I've found the properties to often be lacking in quality, often with degraded decor or carpets, or with poor quality fittings etc. The other properties that are worth living in, are often over-priced.
The properties I've experienced with Beeby's are excellent quality, clean and modern, and decent value for money.
Communication is excellent. I've been kept informed throughout the process, and my queries have been dealt with promptly.
I've no doubt that should I encounter any faults or problems that they will be resolved equally as effortlessly.
Often when buying or renting, it's as much the experience as it is the property itself that creates the feeling of well-being, and Beeby's have certainly delivered that. I don't own this property, but I do call it home, and there is a certain amount of that 'feeling' down to the good experience I've had with Beeby's.
I have no concerns in recommending Beeby's and will use them again in the future.

I have used Beeby’s Properties to sell, purchase and also to rent. I wouldn’t use any other estate agents. The service I have received on each occasion has been top class. The staff are helpful, accommodating and extremely efficient at what they do.
I have sold three houses through Beeby’s, the particulars they produced were fantastic and got buyers through the door quickly. Beeby’s staff carried out viewings and negotiated prices successfully on all occasions. I was not on the market for long with any of the properties. My experience of buying was just as positive as selling.
I also rented a property for a short time and the service I received on this occasion was just as good as when I was selling my properties. They carried out thorough inventories on entering and leaving the properties. Regular inspections were carried out and any issues that I raised were quickly sorted.
5 stars for a top class estate agents!

I sold my house on Warwick Close in Bourne through Beebys Properties. My previous dealings with estate agents have been rather negative and frustrating, but Beebys were exceptional. They were quick to attend the property to provide a valuation and took some excellent photographs. The house sold very quickly and the sale negotiation was expertly handled and I was delighted with the price agreed. Beebys assistance did not stop there though as they provided advice and guidance all the way through the sale process until completion. They really provided a first rate service and they did so at a very competitive price. I will certainly use Beebys again the next time I move house.
