I have previously rented houses with two different agencies and have always been treated 5 stars, the first time I tried to rent a house with Connells I was really disappointed and I don't plan on going back, how can someone who is working with clients be so rude? Lack of communication lack of commitment lack of interest, I felt completely neglected, I always worked and I would never try to rent a house if I didn't have the income to do so.

Worst company ever…. Had a house put on the market to sell… the whole process was a Shambles… within a space of 3 months they had changed employees 5 times…. The same excuse that they don’t work here…. No one here will pickup the work load of someone that’s left… then one day without my consent they took my property of the market… no phone call no correspondence never again…. If you want to sell your property avoid these cowboys

I found Jamie to be very kind, helpful and professional in selling my property right from the very start.
He was kind and explained things clearly to me every step of the way. Communication was brilliant, keeping me informed of the progress with viewings, and finally with progress from the buyer.
Sold my property this week with Jamie’s help, thanks Jamie.
Jamie is a lovely young lad and we even had a little laugh, that’s how at ease I was with him.

Steve Martin hands down is the best mortgage advisor going we couldn’t fault a single thing .We was updated on a daily basis throughout the whole process of our first time mortgage.The amount of time ,late nights and endless amounts of emails Steve has put in is incredible and always very helpful we would 100% recommend Steve to anyone wanting a mortgage.We will be back in 5 year to remortgage so don’t go anywhere Steve if there was an option for 10* stars we would give 10.

Worst estate agent ever.Please don't got to Connells if you are a landlord. when my tenant moved out no check was completed immediately and because of that i lost some money. They never helped me with Tenancy deposit scheme dispute, despite being with them for more than a year.

Absolutely shocking, they do not ring you back to let you know anything. I Ve been waiting over 3 months for a holding deposit. And it's excuse after excuse. I've now had to take it further I would avoid.
