Of the estate agents we met to value and potentially market our property, Connells provided by far the most realistic valuation.
The agent overseeing the marketing of our property was Jamie Roberts.
We cannot praise Jamie highly enough.
Jamie has been professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, providing insight and reassurance. He displayed those qualities not only when showing viewers around our property, working to obtain feedback, but also since the offer to purchase our house was made. In the weeks since, he has kept us regularly informed of the state of the chain.
His optimism and good humour were much appreciated.

I would recommend Connels for selling your home, I recently exchanged and Jamie from Connels has been with me every step of the way. He did all my viewings whilst I stayed outside with my dogs, then he would stay and feedback to me afterwards. He was always a phone call away, calling regularly to provide me updates with the progress of the sale and keeping me informed. It was nice always working with the same person and it helped to form that rapport.
When my first buyers fell out the chain, Jamie and his team worked hard to quickly find me a new buyer and get the chain moving again.
The fact Jamie is easy to talk to and down to earth helped a lot to keep my mind at ease during what can be a stressful time. Selling your home is a massive task, thank you Connels for doing what you could to make it easier on me!
I also used the solicitors Connels recommended and they have been really lovely too.

We had such am amazing first experince buying our first home with Connells. The amazing Jamie Roberts was always only a phone call away to help is with any information or help. We couldn't of asked for a better estate agent. He helped us find our dream house and did it with such ease. I would highly recommend connells and Jamie himself.
From the first time we viewed the house Jamie was excellent with his knowledge and finding out any additional information we needed. He worked tirelessly every day to make sure we were updated and felt comfortable with the house. He never put any pressure on us, and was always a smiling friend to help us along the way. When we had hard moments with paperwork or the process He was always there to help us.
It's very emotional that we won't be seeing Jamie now but we know if we ever need any help or assistance we can call him.
We are happily moved into our home and even now have been able to ring him with no problem with any questions.

My company, All-Tech Electrical and Mechanical Ltd, was contracted to perform an EICR for one of the properties. The job, booked as an emergency by the agent Sophia C., was scheduled for Friday, March 1, 2023, and completed on Saturday, March 2. To date, our invoice remains unpaid, and the agency has stated that the payment is the landlord's responsibility. We have written approval for both the work and the quote from the agency, clearly indicating that the agency is responsible for payment. It is disappointing that an emergency job has not yet been paid. I have engaged a collection agency and am pursuing legal action to recover the amount owed. I hope this feedback serves as a warning to other contractors working with Connells in Peterborough.

Had a viewing with him a few weeks ago, had good knowledge of the property, was able to answer all my questions, and gave good review of the neighbourhood. Although I didn't put an offer on the property as it was too close to the main road .Jamie has been touching base with me regularly to see how my search has been going.

Connells was awesome helping us sell our place! It took less than 15 weeks from when the ad went up to when we exchanged! They really put in the effort to make it happen, especially considering the area. Big shout out to Jamie—he was just amazing. Every time we dealt with him, it was smooth sailing. I have previously rented houses with two different agencies and have always been treated 5 stars, the first time I tried to rent a house with Connells I was really disappointed and I don't plan on going back, how can someone who is working with clients be so rude? Lack of communication lack of commitment lack of interest, I felt completely neglected, I always worked and I would never try to rent a house if I didn't have the income to do so.

Worst company ever…. Had a house put on the market to sell… the whole process was a Shambles… within a space of 3 months they had changed employees 5 times…. The same excuse that they don’t work here…. No one here will pickup the work load of someone that’s left… then one day without my consent they took my property of the market… no phone call no correspondence never again…. My experience with Connells has not been a good one I had my offer on a flat excepted in may 2021 i was told they wanted me to use there solicitors as this would speed things up and as I was a cash buyer unfortunately this was not the case I have just completed March 2022 10 months later .I would not recommend them or there solicitors .I would however thank Narinder who was most helpful in chasing things up to try to speed things along.

Initial contact and viewing of the property by Narinder was great, however once the offer was accepted the response from Connells was not satisfactory, leading me no option to contact the developer myself for answers, when requesting a viewing to measure up, the agent turned up with the wrong keys, drove to the office and returned with yet another set of wrong keys.....and their solicitor recommendation was even worse!

Where do I even start! We had brilliant service from start to finish. Sheridan went above and beyond with his services always made us feel reassured when ever we started to worry with the sale of our house. (We worry alot) Honestly I don't think we would have sold if it wasn't for him. Kept us up to date with what was going on, helped us understand the process of selling our house and just made me and my partner feel comfortable and was never pushy.
The girls in the office were fantastic at getting viewings in for our property fast they worked around us especially since we had a baby thank you Charlotte.

After a rocky start trying to secure a property through the Werrington branch Charlotte restored our faith in the company and was the ultimate professional. Although it took a little longer because of Covid and christmas I dont think 4 months was too long to wait to get into our dream home. I have called in January when a property became available, however the lady that works at the agency said I should call in February as the property was only available in March, she took my number down and also said she would give me a call as soon as it became available for viewings. I called back at the beginning of February and again I was told to call later on in the month as there was no viewings happening at the moment. I called in today 19/02/2021 and spoke again with the lady who said the apartment was not available anymore. No consideration to their customers, and false promises. If you do not want to rent the apartment don't give false promises.

We had a very positive experience with Connells from start to finish. Although we did not actually use them to sell our property, we wish we had! Very weak, unprofessional agency. I rented a flat from this agency. During the move, it turned out that the apartment is infected with cockroaches. After a few days I moved out of this apartment. I did not receive any help from this agency or advice from this agency, they did not help in solving the situation. I lost £ 780 through this agency (rent and deposit). NEVER MORE THIS AGENCY.

Called them for arrainging aa appointment. Talked with an agent called Jack.
They told us it is their policy prior to arranging a viewing they need to see if we have the funds available to buy the house, otherwise appointment is imposible.. We have checked numerous houses with other agents prior to them non had this ridiculous policy. So if you don't have any cash or mortgoge arranged don't botter seing houses with them..

I have very bad experience with this agency. In March 2020 I rented a flat from them. The flat was very dirty and infected with cockroaches. I didn't receive any help from Connells to solve the problem. After six days I moved out of this flat. I am aware that the agency's staff knew the situation in this apartment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY.
