This is the worst estate agent I can think of. There's too many things. I was letting for a year with this estate agent and it was all such a bad experience. Robert is the rudest man I've ever met. There was an ant infestation in the building in several apartments and he couldn't have cared less. It was that bad I would get to university and they would be in my books when I opened them. We all had this issue in the building. His soulution, weeks later was to get 2 guys to put shop bought ant traps down - instead of investigating where they were coming from. These 2 guys then used my toilet, left the toilet seat up and had urinated on the toilet - and used my cutlery and didn't even wash it up. Another example of the poor service I received was the alarm in the communal area going off gone midnight. None of us had access to the code so I rang the out of hours number. Richard again did nothing - so my partner called. He told my partner that he shouldn't be in the property as I only pay for one occupant. He was visiting for the weekend as I'm at university in London. Whenever I was on the phone to Richard he would constantly speak over you - incredibly rude. All of the tenants in the building found this issue. I didn't even want to give this estate agent a one star but that wasn't an option. Another thing is - I find it strange how all the 5 star reviews sound as if they're coming from the same narrative? And all the 1 star reviews are very personal....... Read more

A big thankyou to the team at Next Property, i recently just moved out of my apartment in Great Portland Street, W1 which was managed by Next Property, and i wanted to thank the team for looking after me throughout the tenancy, its all the small touches which made all the difference ! such as the beautiful welcome pack when i moved in, and a hand written note given to me when i checked out. As a tenant i could not recommend them enough, they have always been prompt and gone the extra mile to look after me :)... Read more
