This local council is absolutely rubbish , not much help at all . Takes them over 20 minutes to answer a phone that's if they are there, the answer phones are always full , can hardly ever leave a message. Not helpful at all if you are working , more concerned with the ones that bleed the system dry.... Read more

Absolute joke, I have called the repairs team three times now regarding the intercom not working on the flats. Each time i have called they tell me it's not them that deal with the repairs but an outside contractor which apparently i am supposed to call and sort it out with them. Lady i spoke with from repairs shouldn't even be working there with the attitude she had..... Read more

Staff are friendly and helpful, especially over the phone. The council is a bit slow at times (except when payments are due to them). Also the system they use sometimes makes errors which needs to be looked at as it causes unnecessary panic but nothing that can't be sorted over a phone call.... Read more

Useless and totally waste of money ! Rubbish collectors destroyed my bin without informing me, only after searching the cameras it turned out that the bin fell into the garbage truck. today it's been 5 weeks and there is still no bin - when I called the office I was informed that I still have to wait. I wonder if they would have waited that long for my payment ! Joke !... Read more

too much money wastage of working tax payers money on silly useless things and projects that is of no benefit to peoples well being and welfare, also people on low income minimum wage should Not have to pay council tax thus pushing them into further poverty with nothing left in their pockets after a hard week work, depriving people of their well being and welfare living standards of life, its a disgrace... Parking fines are really cheap, well worth the 35 quid to leave the car where you like. Beats the London prices I'm used to. Hope the money goes toward renovation of the town, looks rather run down which is a shame.... Read more

high respect for this council did everything they could when I had a break down to get me support, staff even went above and beyond to provide me with food and resources when I was in hardship in 2020 and had presented myself to the council, haven't forgotten their kindness and am still to this day deeply touched by their kindness. thank you... Very efficient in dealing with my Blue Badge and always helpful on the phone. The refuse collection in Nuneaton is very good with 3 bins. Pity about the litter in streets and parks but you can't blame the council for that.... Read more
