well. Loveitts!! from what i have experienced so far, are THE poorest estate agents i have used & i have used alot of them ! the owner of the house changed to these, after not being happy with the service of their last managing agent. Im sure they are now regretting their decision They arranged an inspection as the new agent. nobody showed. ( this was less than a week later after arranging the appointment with them ) They do not reply to emails unless they want something. I asked the same question in 2 emails, to the same person. I got no response. They like to pass the buck to another colleague. weeks later replying with i believe the other person sat next to me, that im fully aware didn't. but im gonna say, they replied to you! NO.. I wasn't answered at all. I was just ignored asking an important question.. Nobody is doing their job correctly ! i took a complaint further than the brick wall that seems to be the Nuneaton office and dealt with the manager at Coventry, After being informed they wouldn't reimburse me for my wasted 2 hours off work waiting for nobody to show up ! he decided to stop the conversation prior to a conclusion and go on holiday for 2 weeks without informing me through the emails we were sharing, he just left me hanging. I give honest reviews & i can at anytime add photos to back up my review all in all. Wow. these people get your money ! why?! we have now purchased our own home so thankfully will not need to deal with these agents for much longer Im fully aware as a renter for many many years somebody needing a property, will take that property no matter who its up to let with, we have no choice. But owners of homes, looking for a letting agent, please read and digest the poor attention to detail this company possesses... Read more

When they confirmed the property was going up for let again they were quick at getting my application looked at and fees paid. I contacted Loveitts about a "To Let"on the evening of Tuesday 21st of July, the following day a lovely lady called Linda called me to run through a criteria check. I was then invited to submit an application which I did on the Wednesday. On the Friday I was offered a viewing (for the Saturday morning) current Covid guidance was followed at all times. I paid my holding deposit on the Monday & I new my application had been successfull by the Thursday. I am a single Mother with 3 children, some lettings agents looked on me with prejudice for this & would not allow me to submit an application. This made me feel belittled like I was somehow doing something wrong. Loveitts never treated me like this, only with respect & understanding & the highest level of professionalism. The ladies in the office are absolutely lovely & nothing is too much for them. The day I got my keys, there was a leak in the kitchen, I rang Linda & there was a plumber out within half an hour. There has been a lovely handyman come and take care of a few snags & cosmetic issues. The electricians have been in to change the lights & switches . I have also had a brand new oven installed. Iv been renting for the last 8 years , but I have never felt as "looked after" by a letting agent, as I am being looked after by Loveitts. No request is too small, they treat every request with professionalism & advise me instantly pretty much ,what action will be taken to resolve my dilemma. They are honestly fabulous. So if you are thinking of using loveitts... don't hesitate because you will not be disappointed... Read more

I had rented a flat via Loveitts in Nuneaton i was happy with their service until i really needed their assistance with the mix up with keys. When handing back my keys at the end of my contract i accidentally handed my front door key to my new home in Devon and not to the flat i rented in Nuneaton. When i realised i had made this mistake i called the office and spoke with Avril Wilson who is the manager and she refused to help me by saying " its not my problem and i don't have to go out my way to help you" to post the key to me recorded delivery and i would reimburse the cost of posting because of this i have chosen to have my locks changed at a cost that i can not afford....
