Best in town. We used SBK Nuneaton to sell our home and ended buy our next home through them as well. From the beginning we found them to be extremely professional and insightful. Really bad Estate Agent to deal with. Make every request awkward. Doing everything to avoid work. Stay away from them if you can. I wouldn't recommend them even to my enemies!

I've been with them since may they are ok the only thing I had is there is a lack of communication between every one and I don't think the notes get shared much a part from that they are all ok

Extremely happy with the service.Kelly has made this move a breeze and been so helpful for any questions me or my partner had she's a very professional and happy person which made selling our property a pleasure so thanks Kelly for all your hard work and also the rest of the team Phil was very nice to deal with and I really think the video tour is a brilliant idea to show off the property.I would recommend anyone to deal with Hawkins/Sheldon boseley we had 4 valuations and feel we definitely made the correct choice of going forward with these.

Recently had the misfortune of viewing a property with Hawkins and in particular one of their agents, who is extremely rude when communicating. Every time you speak to this particular person within the agency it is clear they have a chip on their shoulder. I really am not overly shocked at the low reviews and would steer clear in future.

Professional ( speaking as as a buyer ) , I have been particularly impressed with the property presentation videos on YouTube. Have dealt with our offer and subsequent acceptance professionally and have sent all details to solicitor promptly.

Dreadful Estate agent, truly awful customer engagement. Was not the case some years back but sadly think it was sold on. Alan cooper and Wright and Wright are premier league compared to this lot.
