They provide periodic inspection reports with detailed photos, so any issues in the property are picked up early. Highly recommended.

She’s great with keeping up communication & updates. Friendly & reliable. Ellie is incredibly professional, proactive, and responsive to all our questions. They made a stressful process smooth by coordinating perfectly with the our landlord & keeping us informed every step of the way. 13th May 2026 (28 days ago)Beth from the Coalville branch helped us from the very start, she even managed to help us get a gate on our side off the house within hours. Very honest and helpful! They always kept us updated with emails and calls, even making sure we wanted the propert- made us think about it before we was 100%, when we had questions she always replied when she was back in the office, couldn’t ask for a better service! Definitely not like most estate agents when they try and spam your phone 24/7! She actually helped us with everything and got stright back to us when she could. Thank you Beth!

I would highly recommend Picker Elliot to anyone thanks again

Helped with enquiries, chased solicitors when needed and been really helpful.

The purchase took a little longer than expected to go through, but they were proactive in chasing the solicitors when needed and kept both us and the seller fully updated throughout the process. Their communication and support made everything much less stressful.
26th May 2026 (15 days ago)Rented house moved out 36 days ago still haven't received my deposit back ( which law says 10 days to return or raise dispute which neither has happened) called numerous times regarding it i get no response or anyone taking responsibility and nobody calls back when they say they will. raised a complaint but to no avail very poor service. The house was sold whilst we lived there and new owners now live there but still no refund will take your money but don't want to give it back

A truly professional estate agency with real common sense (sadly rare these days). They navigated the entire process smoothly, even when things got challenging, and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel effortless. Prompt replies, honest communication, and no nonsense — just straight shooters. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

18th May 2026 (23 days ago)Got introduced to Ryan Booth through a mutual friend whilst looking into moving to the UAE with the family… honestly, wish I never did. Constantly available on the phone answering endless questions about areas, schools, visas, setting up a business and property. Somehow always replies, which is actually quite annoying. Ended up helping us buy our first overseas property as well, made the whole process far too easy and now we’re even more convinced on the move. Terrible bloke really… far too knowledgeable and way too easy to deal with. Wouldn’t recommend… unless you actually want someone who knows what they’re talking about.??????????????????

He was friendly, professional, smiley and always at the end of the phone whenever we needed advice or reassurance. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Highly recommend having Ben as your contact. We would also like to thank Vicki Ridley, Sales Progressor, who was absolutely amazing. She kept us informed every step of the way, was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, and worked tirelessly to keep everything moving. We genuinely don’t know what we would have done without her support and guidance throughout the process. We cannot thank the team at Wilkins enough and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. A truly outstanding service. ?????
