Even though she was the Agent further up the chain and not actually dealing with our sale she managed the process providing an efficient and crucial link in a chain of 4 properties. Honest and informative at all times, she made us trust the process and I can't recommend her highly enough!
7th May 2025 (16 days ago)It’s been amazing working with cloud9 estates so far especially working with manager Jonathan who’s taking care of the legal stuff associated with the sale of my property & finding a buyer within 4 weeks of advertising it online, I’m forever grateful for them and it’s been so easy communicating with the sale team in general, I would definitely recommend and turn to them again in the future for purchase, rental or sale purposes!
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
