18th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)To be fair the office team were great and supportive. The valuation team I would say operated with double standards and had a conflict of interest which went against us as the vendor. In short why tell us a price we could get. A price if we wanted to sell quickly and then when asked again by a builder that we asked to do a part exchange with. You tell them a quick sale price of nearly £80k less than you told us. Very odd. One could be forgiven for thinking that it was intentional in order to not loose us and our sale commission value. Cynical? Maybe. But instinct and intelligence tells me otherwise.

Living a long way from where Mum lived, I'm particularly grateful to Ellie-Mae who went out of her way to arrange viewings and be there herself so Mum wouldn't be on her own.

Rang to arrange a valuation on a Monday- Tom advised would confirm appointment with a later call- Tuesday- no response- called- got answering machine, Left a message. Wednesday 1500 still no call to book. Obviously don't need customers with such appalling customer service!! In response to their reply. PAUL JAMES spoke to Tom, who said he would speak to Sarah, responder, to review. If we hadn't rung and spoke to them how would we know their names! We left full address details emails phone numbers. Too late now as basically calling us liars. Happy to send screenshots of dates and times the calls were made! As we are most certainly not lying! Maybe ask Tom why he didn't follow up on my husbands call to book a valuation?!- 23rd Feb 2026 (28 days ago)I recently purchased a house, and Your Move Nuneaton were the estate agents handling the sale. Matt managed my home buying journey and was fantastic throughout. He answered all my questions promptly and even helped me get in touch with my solicitors when I was struggling to reach them. I would highly recommend them, especially Matt.

A truly professional estate agency with real common sense (sadly rare these days). They navigated the entire process smoothly, even when things got challenging, and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel effortless. Prompt replies, honest communication, and no nonsense — just straight shooters. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Excellent at selling my property, it was only on the market for about 2 weeks, before I excepted an offer, unfortunately due to their circumstances they had to pull out. Castles where great, straight back on the market and within a few days I got another offer which I excepted. The photos of my property looks amazing aswell, very professional. All the team are lovey and very friendly, kept me updated on every step. I would highly recommend for anything, if I ever do think about selling my current property, without a doudt I would chose castles again ??????

Once you got hold of the team they were brilliant but I did find the automated call system a bit frustrating. Overall they gave a heads up on the progress throughout.
