Thoroughly professional from start to finish. Clear guidance, took measurements on initial visit, knew the market, midline realistic valuation and advice. Explained change in market between valuation and marketing and guidance re sale price. Also regarding marketing quickly to avoid missing sales window before Christmas and increasing mortgage rates. Took time to take the photographs on the best day ie in sun, to maximise appeal. Advised regarding how best to present the house to maximise appeal. Good communication throughout. Easy online forms to complete and return to progress sale, and online identity verification. Lovely not to have to post lots of documents! Good communication with my solicitor.
