Rude estate agents who turn their noses up at those on dss, my daughter is getting dss due to having a baby and going back to work part time. Ashame really as I've put into the system, my parents have too and to make a person feel dreadful for claiming something not knowing their background is disgraceful, discriminative and dam right rude. Bunch of incompetent idiots!! Lacks professionalism and manners. Inquired about a flat to let which is advertised on Rightmove as fully furnished only to know the furnishing of the flat depends on the offer we put!! If that's the case why advertised as fully furnished!! The moment we stepped in the office the only thing they were interested about was to take holding deposit, but won't take the property off the market!! Ms.Hayley from Oakville agent had found a flat for me to move in .but it didn't materialise . This was due to a problematic landlord and her wrong assumption and she created lot of problems both to me and agent .. And I landed in a mess...But Ms.Hayley gathered all her motivation and commitment to help me come out of this issue (to the extent she could do) . It's a commendable work .. praiseworthy!... As we are not first time buyers we can compare estate agents. I wish Oakville Real Estates had been our estate agents for our previous purchase. Scott was amazing, as are the rest of the team. They all know the area and market really well. I tried two other local estate agents and went with Oakville becuase they spent time getting to know what we wanted and they gave ua good options in the area. We didnt have a huge budget but Scott found us exactly what we were looking for. But the purchase was a drawn out process due to external factors. I got a call from them every week, keeping me updated and reminding me when something was needing done by me. Really top class customer service which didnt end once the offer was accepted by the seller. Highly recommended.... Read more
