Stay away from them ! The director and his business partners Already been convicted for fraud and scams and they dissolved this company and reopened it under another name with another partner as director took so many landlords money and run away and never paid any rent on time! The single worst group of human beings in an already terrible housing market. This isn't a real company - more of a scam with a companies house registration. Babul Shajahan is a small, soulless man who pretends to be the manager. He never once answered the phone but would tell you to move out if you had any issue with their many illegal practices. I stayed with them in Kedlestone Walk in Bethnal Green (which they have since been removed from renting by the landlord) and they are actively hostile and flaunt any and all rental laws. They would enter the flat with no notice, refused to send the cleaner we agreed to in the rental agreement, and never answer the phone. Every single second is a battle with these people. Save yourself a deposit you will never get back and endless hassle by never remaining in contact with these people.... Read more

Used to have these cowboys as landords in Whitechapel. We had multiple issues that they took an age to get back to us on. The main one being we needed a new front door and it was never fixed during the time I lived in the property. They are lazy, unprofessional, embarrassing and a terrible property agency. Avoid living in any property with these smeg heads in charge.... Read more

Absolutely disgusted with the poor service provided by this company! Would not recommend it to anybody! I signed a contract with them in September, after 2 months of my house being left unoccupied I asked for my keys back. This was as a result of them failing to pay the rent that I was due as I signed up for the guaranteed rent scheme. We are at the end of May and as of yet the manager has failed to make any communication with me and still owes me my rent! Unprofessional people! Please avoid this company at all costs!!... Another bunch of cowboys who have no sense of professionalism whatsoever. We have been with them as a landlord and have not once received a rent payment on time. They also never pick up their phone calls and avoid any communication and now are several months behind. Do not use this company if you are a landlord, they do not pay the rent on time, sometimes delayed for over 3 weeks and they do not answer the phone. The company was dissolved in September 2017 and reopened under different directors immediately afterwards, this usually happens when a company can not pay the Corporation Tax liability.... Read more

Literally the worst experience of my life. DO NOT use this company. Moved into a 4 bedroom flat, with one of the rooms being for me and my friend, and three girls living upstairs. Once the other girls started moving out, the landlords started coming over to the house every single day without giving us notice and refurbishing the upstairs rooms, which they decided to turn into air bnb. Next minute we have complete random people coming into our house everyday to stay upstairs, making the whole place like a hostel when we wanted a home. Told the landlord we don’t feel comfortable with this, was told to leave then. It all got worse when they started coming over every day and THROWING AWAY OUR FOOD AND BELONGINGS. my friend left his hairbrush in the bathroom, found in the bin later on. They cleaned out the fridge and threw out everything we had in there. DONT use this company unless you want to be harassed, overcharged and made to feel uncomfortable. Worst experience of my life. Living in a 3 bedroom house with 8 people, no fire alarms, one fridge and the landlord is irresponsible and never bothered to notify me before bringing people over for viewings. Will be putting a complaint into he council.... Read more
