I found them really unprofessional throughout my whole process as a tenant. On the day my contract was signed they were really pushy, rude and aggressive for me to just sign it and not ask any questions, which was very disconcerting and frankly ridiculous. They were nervous and it was really uncomfortable for me, and should have been embarrassing for them, but they lack the acumen to care or even know how unprofessional it was. I remember the last thing they said to me was "if you have any problems, don't call us!" ... Read more

NEVER use this agency. They took the money from me (tenant), were supposed to pay the landlord monthly, but failed to do so from March (It is almost September now). They said one of the directors ran off with money, but I do not even know whether it is true. They never provided deposit certificate as well. Also, some staffs are very rude. I was yelled by a male staff when I tried to ask where the manager is. Just never ever use this agency.... Read more
