I've had dealings with Mark on several occasions over the past 6 months and have always found him friendly and professional - going out of his way to help in any way he can and always looking for ways to capitalise on opportunities - a pro-active agent in a slow market so would definitely recommend.

I recently bought a bungalow where On Properties were the selling Agents. It was a very troublesome, albeit short chain which had been on the verge of collapse on several occasions. I can only say that On Properties were excellent in keeping the chain intact. They basically acted as both Agent and solicitor, dealing with all manner of issues directly. They returned calls when promised and generally kept both parties fully updated. In what can often be a fraught situation their professionalism and prompt actions saved the day. I would certainly recommend them to others.

The two Mark's at On Properties did a great job of selling our property earlier this year. It turned out not to be the most straight forward experience, as selling a property often isn't. On Properties helped to smooth the process and were able to offer invaluable advice and experience along the way. They offered their services at a very competitive price and we felt that we received excellent value.
