Martin was honest, professional, polite, efficient and did everything he can to make the process smooth right from the moment we were viewing our home-to-be until and after we got our keys. Our interaction with Richard was also very positive! Everyone in the office felt welcoming and warm, and when we dropped by the office to get our keys, a handmade candle was waiting us as the perfect moving-in gift :) Thank you so much!
