**Review for Mux Estate Agents**
I am extremely dissatisfied with Mux Estate Agents following my move into a new property on September 27. From the outset, I encountered numerous undisclosed issues that have severely disrupted my family's daily life.
The cooking facilities have not worked since day one, making it impossible for me to prepare meals for my two children, one of whom has autism. This has forced us to rely on takeaways, which is neither healthy nor sustainable. The emotional toll this has taken on my family is significant, as we are deprived of the comfort of home-cooked meals.
In addition, I’ve faced ongoing problems with damaged blinds and fixtures that were not mentioned prior to my tenancy. Despite my repeated reports to Lauren and Amber at Mux, my concerns have been met with indifference and misinformation. I have been told that contractors would be sent to address these issues, yet no one has shown up.
To make matters worse, I have encountered severe internet connectivity problems. I’ve taken multiple days off work to deal with these issues, only to discover that every neighbor is facing the same lack of internet access—a critical deficiency that was never disclosed to me. I have incurred substantial financial losses while paying full rent for a property that lacks basic functioning facilities.
Malik informed me that if contractors were needed, I would have to shoulder those costs, which is unacceptable. The heating and other functional issues are affecting every household on this estate, yet I am left without support or compensation from Mux Estate Agents.
This ongoing situation has left me feeling victimized and unsupported. As a tenant, I have rights under UK law, including the right to live in a property that is in a reasonable state of repair. Mux Estate Agents has failed to uphold these standards, and I feel compelled to share my experience.
I urge potential tenants to think twice before dealing with Mocks Estate Agents. Until these issues are resolved, I will continue to document my experiences and share updates publicly.... Read more
