We completed on the sale of our home today. James at the Kelvedon Hatch Village Office handled the sale from beginning to end. He was absolutely brilliant. I've tried to think of something negative for the sake of balance. The best I've got is . . . he took a week's holiday.

In the 12 weeks that we were with Keith Ashton we had about five viewings. In the end we went to another Estate Agent and got four in the first week. They were quick to come around and take photos and suggest a price but did not follow up. We chose them because they were the local village Estate Agents.

Congratulations to Graham and his team at the Kelvedon Hatch office who did an excellent job in marketing our family home of 43 years.The whole process was managed in a very friendly and efficient manner and with great patience. They were helpful at even turn. There was no falling off of effort even after we had been up for sale for several months. Notwithstanding the slowness of the summer months and Brexit uncertainty a very acceptable price was achieved.
