We had a great experience with Davis Homes, we were property searching for months and dealt with many estate agents and Davis Homes were by far our favourite. Very friendly staff who checked in with us throughout the process leading up to exchange. Communication was great, we dealt with Chris and Karen primarily who were really accommodating to requests. Hello We have very bad experience with this agency especially with Chris. We should to buy house in Church Langley and the 30 October we make offer and they accept to be done and exchange contract in the 3 mounths. After 3 mounth when was everything was done and need to exchange the contract on the 07 February they don’t won’t beacouse they are not ready yet but when we make offer they told will take maximum 3 mounth to complete. We spend lot of money and our time and we did not buy this house anymore beacouse they stil not ready to move. I definitely not recomand this agency if don’t won’t to lose your time and money for all process is the best Avoid Avoid this company. I just would like to write this review beacouse I don’t won’t someone to be in this situation.... Read more
