The sale of my Mum's bungalow was difficult to say the least but Chris and his team helped me at every opportunity, even finding an alternative lender for my buyer in the end, so it went through! Kept me up to date weekly which was helpful. As they know the area, this helped. Would recommend.

We had a great experience with Davis Homes, we were property searching for months and dealt with many estate agents and Davis Homes were by far our favourite.
Very friendly staff who checked in with us throughout the process leading up to exchange. Communication was great, we dealt with Chris and Karen primarily who were really accommodating to requests.
I found them to be very fair and honest and didn’t play us against other potential buyers which I found was the case with most estate agents in the area.
Highly recommend and would consider them for any future property sales/purchases.

Davis Homes recently sold our house in North Weald and we couldn't be happier with the service. Knowledgable, professional and diligent.
It took Chris and the team less than 2 weeks from taking the initial photos to agreeing a sale..getting us the full asking price. Plus kept us in the loop for the entire time without us needing to chase for updates, going above and beyond to manage the chain.
They certainly helped take out some of the stress of moving. Highly recommended the team at Davis Homes.

We sadly lost my father at Christmas and after a few months decided to sell the house and move mum closer to family I instructed Davis homes to sell all I can say is that the whole team were and are absolutely amazing a 5 star service and that’s coming from me an estate agent of over 23 years seriously if you want to sale through a top class agent then you need to call these guys would recommend all day long .

We found our dream home through Davis Homes - a beautiful new build to take us into the next phase of our lives - Chris, Sophie and the team were there at the end of the phone to help us through each stage of the purchase. Any question we threw at them was answered at the time or an immediate call back - this was great to settle our moving nerves.
It was a seemless move and they were there to hand the keys over on the completion date.
We are still pinching ourselves as we wake up knowing that we are in the house of our dreams
