One Investments helped me purchase a property in Dubai. I have to say, they were extremely professional in their approach, especially Zulq. Zulq took the time to explain to me all the different investment options that were available to me. He also went out of his way to ensure I was given the best unit available in the development i purchased. They are very quick to respond and everything was done in an extremely professional manner. I have bought a property with Damac. The buying processes were so simple may be easier than buying a car. My husband and I (black couple) where invited to meet with the group at The Langham Hotel at 5th Ave to hear about a few of there properties in Dubai. We where completely ignored. We sat there for 20mins while other people that came after us where seen immediately they didn't even get a chance to sit down before someone came running after them. The only time someone spoke to us was when we got up to leave. Thats when they asked us if we where to be seen first. I guess they where all blind that day.... Read more

These guys know what they are doing and go the extra mile, in a friendly relaxed way. Not only is their service expert, it is also enjoyable. Their prices are fair and they actually take the time to educate you and answer all your questions in no rush. It was just a really easy and pleasant experience especially because of Zulq. He was really welcoming and answered all of our questions, taking as long as we needed. We sat there for hours and he helped us feel fully decided.
