I was looking for a flat near my place of work and found a flat advertised by this letting agency. I was happy with the services I received from Anne-Marie. Even their office looks great. I had to ask for the nearest grocery store near my flat and they have a big map of the city on their wall. Aside from being a conversation piece, you can actually see where you live and the streets. It’s like google map. Would definitely recommend.

Once in a while someone lives up to their promises and I can recommend Adam at Tates for his professionalism and personal service. He helped us sell a mansion flat in need of a makeover. Properties from Tates are of great value and their selection is really good. Kevin took us around to see properties that we had not spotted in their listing, with a great eye for recognising what we look for in a good one. We found our place through his recommendation. We found the whole process with Tates and in particular with Kevin and Anne-Marie extremely efficient, from paperwork to communication to second viewing of our chosen place. On all calls the staff were so friendly and helpful, and would follow things up to ensure nothing was ever missed. Whenever there is an issue with the flat, Charlotte our lovely property manager always responds immediately and acts as soon as the landlord gets back to her. In late 2019 we sold a one-bedroom flat in Barons Court with Tates as sole agent. From the get-go they stood out from competitors by combining warm personal service with a keen understanding of current market conditions and how best to present and market our property.
For various reasons the sale turned out to be quite tricky and, at times, fraught, but throughout it all director Caroline Nicholas remained a steady source of advice and support. As well as being unfailingly professional and persistent in bringing the deal to a close, she maintained her good humour and was a pleasure to deal with.

Tates is a very efficient professional property management company ! We had a few issues with the flat over the last months, and they always react super fast, proactively, and every thing ended up being fixed in a short time ! And also, they are working with very good quality professional third parties (plumber, electrician, utilities management...). Tates managed and let my property for me for over six years while I was overseas and recently sold it for me in a difficult market. I have always been very happy with the service they provided and I would certainly recommend them to others for both sales and lettings. I let my property through Tates for a number of years, the service has been excellent throughout. Especially when I was overseas, I felt comfortable knowing my property was in good hands. When my tenants decided to sublet the flat without my consent Tates immediately got involved and thankfully all was resolved. I don't advice owners to trust tthis agency for the rental of their apartment. I left them a fully furnished apartment and it was given back to me almost empty. I have just received inconsistent and incomplete information from them. Now they have stopped answering to any mail and are refusing responsibility even if they had full management. Honestly, choose another agency.

When I first met Tates I trusted that they were going to use all their resources to find the right buyer for our flat. This was in a tough selling period, an adverse market to sell. This was very different time to when properties fly off websites, this was a time for experienced estate agents to show their real value. Tates launched a pro-active marketing campaign, the communication was excellent throughout the process. As this was a tough selling environment, our sale didn't come through a marketing blitz, it happened due to solid estate agent activity with a fair price to both parties. Can't thank them enough.
