They took the time to understand our needs, helped us explore a wide range of options, and went above and beyond to support us with viewings and all the arrangements along the way.<br><br>Their dedication, responsiveness and genuine willingness to help made what can often be a stressful process so much easier and more enjoyable.<br><br>Harry, Irina and Charlotte, thank you for helping us find our home in London! We truly appreciate everything you have done for us and couldn't recommend this team highly enough.

30th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)I thought through this very carefully before making this post, as I don't tend to provide an extreme negative comment without a good, justifiable reason. However, I felt that I can no longer bite my tongue, and I have to express how bad this estate agent is.<br><br>It is important that I pinpoint the specific service they provide. For the letting and sales teams, I do think they are professional. They have been proactive in engaging with me and offered a professional service. However, when it comes to property management, I could not advise enough to NOT EVER use this agency. The property management team is one of the worst I've experienced as a landlord for many years. The team is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive, providing empty promises after empty promises. They have poorly managed my property and the tenant. The property manager assigned to me was unethical. The whole team does not protect the landlord's interests or act in the best interests of the landlord. They can't even provide basic communication when necessary. They recognised the tenant may not be the best choice of tenant. However, the property manager covered the damages the tenant had inflicted on the property. He/She was dishonest, unprofessional, and uncommunicative, and provided one of the worst customer experiences I have come across.<br><br>I have escalated to the head of the department, but nothing has been done to improve the service. The toxicity comes from the top down and filters across the team. When another property manager was subsequently assigned, the lack of communication continued. There was a complete lack of accountability from the top down, and it's simply extremely disappointing.<br><br>For any landlord in the neighbourhood, I can only sincerely advise you to stay away from this agency for their property management service.<br><br>LATEST UPDATE: When they saw my review, one the staff reached out to me in a threathening tone requesting to remove this review and suggesed that I should pass the work to another agency when they were the one ultimately responsible for.

18th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios

She also knew every property she showed us very well, from the layout and building to the surrounding area, so all our questions were answered on the spot. Although we ended up not proceeding with a property through her, her professionalism and thoroughness stood out, and I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

She was always easy to get hold of, and having direct communication over WhatsApp made everything so much easier and quicker. She knows the local area really well and was always on hand to answer questions or sort out any issues with the vendor.<br><br>Thanks to her proactive approach, the whole process moved along smoothly and much faster than we expected. We’d definitely recommend Shash to anyone looking for an estate agent who is responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.

He mentioned he was only a week or so into his time at Marsh & Parsons, yet he came across as someone with years of experience behind him. His knowledge of the process, his responsiveness and his polish all reflected a seasoned letting agent.<br><br>Even though we didn't take the property, he made everything smooth and stress-free. If you're contacting Marsh & Parsons Earl's Court, ask for Jack for 10/10 service.
