The Hammersmith Sales team of Louise K and David H is very efficient and pro-active. The moment our house went on the market with them, their team really pushed the marketing and everyday there was a viewing or two. The communication from the Team was very precise and quick. Every time I called, email or whatsapp, all my questions were answered in time quickly. If you live around Hammersmith then look no further and don't go with Multi-agency. I stronly reccommend Druce for a one stop shop. You will get your house sold for sure.

Michael and the team at Druce were amazing in finding tenants and prepping my flat. They correctly assessed that I could do better with my rental and worked hard to find me the best tenants (profile, background check, financial offer) and in fact found me several tenants from which to choose from! I can't praise the responsiveness and professionalism of Bective enough. From start to finish, they were easy and transparent to deal with during the sale of my property. Lydia particularly was calm and patient, especially when under pressure and on the receiving end of my stressed calls/messages. She always called back quickly (even out of hours), and chased agents/solicitors relentlessly, to the point where I feel that exchange would have been long delayed without her. I couldn't have asked for more from a premium agency who know Brook Green and their clients extremely well. Recommended without hesitation.

I am really struggling to give them 1 star. I must say the most useless back-office staff I have ever seen. I have bought my place through Bective and they have leased my place for over 3 years. The leasing staff are friendly but they will tell you anything to just close the deal. Their back office staff are the most useless staff I have ever worked with in my life. After 3 years I just gave up!!! I do not recommend Bective to any landlord.

Recieved a great service from B and the team at Bective Leslie Marsh from start to finish. BLM handled the rental of one of my properties. Made the whole process really simple and easy. Publicity was great and loved the brochure bthey produced. This mean there was a large number of people viewing the property in the first few days giving me choice of tenants to pick. Would totally recommend using them for all your lettings and will definitely be using them for future lettings
