Very disappointing experience with MAS Property. Just three days before my move-in date, they increased the apartment price without any flexibility or consideration for the prior agreement and contract, including agreed key handover day. This last-minute change was unprofessional and stressful. I do not recommend MAS Property.

I’ve been working with MAS Property Services in West Kensington for over a year, and they’ve been fantastic. Mo and Emma have really stood out. When one of my tenants had a burst pipe late at night, Mo quickly arranged a plumber and kept me updated the whole time. Emma has been great with tenant vetting and explaining everything I need to know as a landlord. They’ve made the entire process stress-free and hands off. Thank you too the whole team at MAS!

The team at MAS are on fire! bought a building, managed to refurb it over the lockdown period, tried through my usual agency but felt like I needed to add another under the circumstances and BOOM! all 3 flats gone in the same day. Cant ask for more from an agency. Always preferred the independents.

I have used MAS for management of my building and they've managed to save us a lot of money in regards to maintenance of the building by shopping around to get the best deals on any repairs or companies that take care of safety of the building. Definitely recommend them to anyone who wishes to use them for letting, sales or management.

Please stear clear of this agency! Completely unprofessional an immoral behaviour.
I'm not someone to speak negatively of anyone, however this is in the hope that what I've experienced doesn't happen to anyone else!
Moved into a lovely property only to have construction work within the property and throughout the building occur the day the tennacny commenced -continuing for the entire summer. This information was not shared with us.
I asked them for support as I did not think it fair and safe for my two month old daughter and with limited access to the property, noise and typical construction mess. Their reply was to take it on the chin, that it is completely legal to do and tried to justify how the dirt and dust on the ground was from the construction site 100m away when it is the same material used two meters away...
No matter what property they can present, It is simply not worth going through.
I wish them the best as a business. Before they can progress professionally, they must improve their moral conduct.
No matter what comments they may reply to mask this review, there is no excuse for their actions.

Yet again fantastic service from all the staff at MAS, my family and I were away over Christmas and New Year and our tenants experienced a lot of issues and as usual the team at MAS stepped in and quickly resolved all the problems allowing my tenants to enjoy their first Christmas in our flat and allowing my family and I to enjoy our holiday.

Atrocious service, maintenance was very poor. I went on extended periods without hot water in winter over my tenancy, other issues were never fixed. Neighbours in adjacent units (from the same agency) were beyond unbearable. Attitude deteriorates significantly towards the end of tenancy, questionable professionalism. I would caution anyone from using them and sincerely hope they do not plague the housing market for much longer.

If I could give NO stars I would.
MASsively disappointed will never use again.
From the start of our tenancy to the end, such rank unprofessionalism it's been ridiculous for the following reasons.
They were extremely hard to reach via email or phone. The flat wasn't professionally cleaned when we moved in, as stated in our contract.
The inventory at the beginning was wrong and the photos weren't all up to date. So we sent updated photos to them but they never updated the master inventory.
We were told new lightbulbs were ordered and coming as a few were out..... but never received them and just bought our own.
At the end of the tenancy we tried to get our deposit back but the landlord withheld it for weeks. He wasn't happy and wanted to try and rip us off out of hundreds of pounds. Stating issues he fixed himself during our tenancy (without our knowledge) to a very low finish were our fault and blamed us. Finally settling with the a significant pay-cut that we countered as a good will gesture. Knowing full well it was still more than they deserved.
Finally the estate agents were too willing to sit back at the end of our tenancy and wash their hands of us having to deal with the landlord ourselves.

Very professional and helpful. The move in and move out process was straight forward and hassle free. The agent was very friendly and always was quick in answering to all our enquires. Great experience throughout the whole rental time. Definitely would recommend and use again.

Worst estate agents I have used in London for the following reasons. Blames the tenant for issues that are to be dealt with by the estate agent, or that are not the fault of the tenant. Delays fixing any problems indefinitely, and often created more problems upon trying to fix them. Left without heating or water for several days. Gave the spare key to the plumber and these were not returned to the estate agents, so when needed by the tenant were not available. Difficult to contact via phone or email. Property was not cleaned upon moving in - rubbish and mice were present in the property. Deposit took over 6 weeks to be returned.

This is best letting and sales company, They sold my house the first day on the market and got well over the asking price. very professional company from start to finish. everything about the sales went through so smoothly. I chose them because they sold a friends house when she was having trouble getting a buyer and she recommended them because she was very pleased with every aspect of the sales. I have found that estate agencies tend not to deliver as promised. However MAS have exceeded my expectations, they gave me what they promised and always kept me up to date. As a landlord I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their service and my tenants have said the same.

This company has no connection with the one based in Blythe Road (West London) which has an excellent reputation.
