Very poor service and my personal experience has been an unpleasant one. I never did enough homework or checks on the company before investing my money, which has resulted in me losing my entire investment. I just hope this review helps others to be extra cautious not to make the same mistake that I did and if it helps one person then that’s better than none.

Number one company for property investment in my opinion. Although I have other property I still asked many questions and happy with the replies. They are thorough and provide well researched investments. If you are new to this market no need to look further than One Touch their customer service is excellent.

I found One Touch Property to be extremely helpful and professional throughout my purchase of an investment property. Really cannot fault the service from one Touch in the form of Ben Thornton. The communication prior to and during a recent property transaction has been very good. Queries have been promptly dealt with, and all information provided has been accurate and to the point. Ben also visits South Africa (where I live) regularly, so face-to-face meetings have also helped to facilitate our transaction.

I do not tend to write reviews but this company have been awesome! They were very patient with me throughout the entire purchase process. I previously purchased UK investment through another company and in comparison seemed in a rush to complete my purchase but One Touch have hand held me throughout and in my opinion went above and beyond. Great service.

I have made two investments with one touch property in the last 3 years, both of these have good returns in city centres, OTP took great care with their due diligence and researching the developments. They advised me, with good reason, not to purchase another investment I had considered, which in hindsight was great advice. Thank you to Ben for your continued assistance.
