Lixing handled the sale of my leasehold flat, and were brilliant from start to finish. When I first made contact, I was unsure if I would sell or rent out again. Billy helped me think through my options patiently, and was able to answer all of my questions. I would have used them as a managing agent if I had decided to rent. They managed to get a sale agreed very quickly, and did as much as they could to help with the delays caused by my freeholder being slow to provide information. Lixing is a Property Consultancy and Estate Agency Based in London. I was looking for a property to buy and I came across Lixing in one of my viewings. At the beginning they didn't look like a very reliable company, when I put an offer on a second-hand property they charged me a 3k pounds non-refundable reservation fee (to be later deducted from the full amount). For me it was an insane amount but since I liked the property very much, I decided to move forward with the process. After the payment my perception changed completely and I could notice their premium service. Dennis and Billy were very proactive, attentious and diligent in get things moving. They did an awesome work in interfacing the communication between us and the sellers. They were also available all the time in case anything was needed. In the end we managed to complete the purchase and everything went well. If you are considering a state agency and you are sure about the property you are buying, I would totally recommend Lixing....
