I bought my property through The Space Station 8 years ago and when it came time to put it up to let I decided to go back to them. Russell is wonderfully honest and understanding and gives realistic and pragmatic advice which I really appreciated. The rest of the team at The Space Station are also very helpful and quick to respond. They managed to find me a new tenant quickly which was brilliant given that the country was in lockdown. Very happy with the team and their service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I have used Russell and Spacestation for many years now and have always been pleased with how they found tenants for our two houses. I was particularly impressed by how hard they worked to fill a void created by a long term tenant leaving just before Christmas. In these uncertain times is was a good job well done.

Nice properties - shame about the non-existent service level. Over a period of three years rental at over £200k for 3 years didn't receive one phone call from them apart from telling me my contract was up for renewal at year one, when it wasn't. Whenever we had a query we had to chase and chase and chase to get an answer. Didn't seem to do anything for their commission

Space Station, Russell in particular, helped me rent a loft in Hoxton. From the outset I felt confident I could rely on Russell’s word. I had just had a very disappointing experience with another real estate broker, so it too a lot to convince me agents are not all the same. I can say it here: not all agents are the same! The amount of empathy, of mentalisation that Russell was able to put into understanding my situation and the landlords situation was truly astonishing. All done very naturally, he helped close a long term lease which matched my expectations and beyond. Thank you Space Station

I had a property for sale and sounded out half a dozen estate agents in the area. After discussing my situation with them, Space Station came out on top, being the agency that was prepared to meet my needs and do things my way, rather than expecting me to meet theirs and do things their way.
I felt a comfortable and personal relationship with them. They were prepared to innovate and tailor their approach. I could discuss easily and frankly. There was a friendly and trustworthy atmosphere. Russell Chop is the man! Yes, there was a good sale on the property.

We bought a Live/Work office unit through Space Station. The way they handled the whole process was exemplary. They were acting for the seller but were so supportive and transparent with us it was refreshing. They even sourced architects and builders, which was beyond their remit, but a big thank you. It's good to know there are Estate Agents out there with integrity.

We purchased a 3 bed apartment through Russell and Space Station in November 2019. The sale was quite tricky because it was out of probate with an anxious and frustrated New York lawyer as a seller. Russell and his team were excellent to work with, getting to the nub of the issues quickly and with integrity for all concerned. Intelligent, responsive and straightforward to deal with, they are a go to for me in the event I sell the flat in future. I whole-heartedly recommend them as agents.

STAY AWAY! I echo the others on here with lack of professionalism, communication and customer service. I Was led on for weeks to the point where we “In principle agreed” on a long let. Come to find out the agent had been still working on closing a short let with a sell option.
This wasted weeks of my time and made me loose all the other backup properties leaving me homeless because of their unkept word.

Absolutely awful service. I have never written a Google review but the sheer unprofessionalism of Space Station and their non existent customer service has driven me to do so. They seem great at the start when they are trying to get your business. But as soon as they have it and you are tied in with them they start to not answer calls or respond to emails / messages. And as soon as you decide to go to another agent they become unfindable. I lost months of rent having a property empty, changed agent got a tenant in a week...but of course had to change the locks as Space station had lost the keys. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They are an absolute joke.

Impressed with the service I got from these guys. Much prefer to work with independents over the big corporates as it's a more personal service. Open and honest agent (told us about known issues) and genuinely felt like they were looking after the buyer as much as the seller. Thanks
