Online Agent UK were great! They managed to rent one of my property within 24 hours and all I had to do was host the viewings. Normally I would use the local newspapers to market my properties, until one of the Agents phoned and suggested I use their tenant finder, at first I was reluctant as I didn't really know much about the company, but seen as there was no fee's upfront I figured it was a win win. If I didn't like their tenant, I didn't pay, Simple! I was shocked when they had viewings to arrange with me within the first 24 hours and even more shocked at all the great applications, the tenants they managed to find me were just perfect!
