Our experience renting a property through Opel Estates was excellent, largely due to Zee our agent and point of contact throughout the whole tenancy. He was always quick to respond and to ensure that any issues we had were dealt with quickly. After my tenancy ended, the process of receiving my deposit back was very smooth.

Rented from Opel Estates. All through my stay in the flat, it was a peaceful and great experience. When ever I had any issue, the agency made sure to resolve it as soon as possible. Communication was very easy with them, especially with Zee. After my tenancy ended, the process of handling over the flat keys and receiving my deposit back was smooth. I would recommend them as their staff and team are always receptive and helpful.

If i have an option to put zero star, i could put that.
They called me and said , come next day for viewing a property. Next day on said time, When I reached at property location, there was nobody from OPEL. Later i rung this guys & then he said he will call me back asap. I waited nearly 30mins.. but they didnt rung me back..
UTTER FLOP SRRVICE....
ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT...
DONT GO FOR OPEL LETTINGS....THEY DONT KNOW TO KEEP THE WORD & THEY DONT KNOW WHATS THE MEANING OR VALUE OF TIME !!!!!!!

The flat we rented was in a bad condition.
Floor was making so much noise.
Some parts of it so damaged.
Issues with bugs and ants during summer time in the whole flat.
The landlord was so rude and disrespectful to us especially when he thought he could use curse words while talking to us on the phone.
So pushy & impatient. He was acting like my husband is stupid & doesn’t understand anything “no matter how many times you explain it to him”!
This was so unprofessional.
I’m so glad we found a new place with a respectful and friendly landlord.

Huge thanks to Opel Lettings for their many years of assistance with our two rental properties in the Luton area. We have mainly had contact with Zee and Daniel - both have been professional and helpful in so many ways.
They have excellent contacts for trades to carry out work, reply efficiently to emails and are always available for advice and suggestions.
Renting properties will always throw up issues - however they don't just present you with a problem to solve on your own ... they really are one step ahead! They have the experience to offer sensible and cost-effective solutions and in the many years we have worked with the team, we have had excellent customer service and it is a pleasure to work with them all.

We was recommend to pop into opal by the key cutting business across the road from them. He used them for 2 of his properties. Being new to letting a property word of mouth was good for us. We popped in and was met by Daniel who helped us.
The property was soon on right move. Daniel kept us up-to-date with progress. Would highly recommend this family run letting agent in Luton. Our property is now being let and opel are managing it for us worry free.
