The absolute worst estate agent I have ever had to deal with. They took over managing our flat during our tenancy and until we left didn’t even give us a contract to sign (we tried to organise this even though we’d just had a baby which they knew - they kept saying they would get back to us but never called unless I did the calling or emailing first). The staff are rude, condescending and unless you chase them they won’t get anything done. One member of staff will tell you one thing and then another will tell you they didn’t say it. I could go on and on but I will just say - it unfortunately isn’t just me they’ve been difficult with - do not deal with them if you can help it. Edited to add after the response from First Choice Property Net a mere four years after I left this review: I have got a whole email thread still saved from this debacle (including lying to us and withholding our deposit until I provided undeniable proof), if you'd like to read through it and see what actually happened? We challenged some of the things in the contract renewal and didn't get a response which is why we didn't feel comfortable in doing so - neither did at least two other tenants (we confirmed this with them). We all had questions on this new ownership and contract, and no one was responding to any of us. As for addressing concerns and restoring trust in your company, I can tell by the wording and tone of the response to this that everything in my original review about the way staff talk to customers still stands true.... I'd like to keep everyone up to date on my new review. My rent for November 2018 has still not been returned by this company. For this reason I don't trust any money Tofik donates to charity or community events. I withdrew my small claims case in April 2022 due to my ill health. I submitted a form to him to withdraw the case as per protocol, but Tofik didn't even fill it out and send it back to me, so I just left it. Tofik stated that I prefer to meet him alone in the office, so I arranged to pick up my keys over the weekend. He failed to provide any evidence to back up his claims. The truth was that he wanted to meet with me alone and tell me about his boring, depressing life and his obsession with my community hence he employs unprofessional Kabir. Tofik was rude to me from the first time we met and remained so for the entire 28 months he was in control of my property. Just because I didn't question his treatment of me doesn't mean I wasn't aware of it. The mental abuse I suffered was overwhelming. Put your faith in no one associated with Tofik. He is a liar! They are unprofessional and believe they can intimidate others. Please review this business's accounts on the companies house which speaks for themselves.
