Dan has been absolutely fantastic with the sale of our property, constant communication and always being kept in the loop as soon as he finds out any info.. helping our buyer with documents he wasn’t sure on out of hours to make the process easier for both sides. We’re on the final push now with selling our property and I honestly don’t think we could have done it without Dan and would not have gotten a better anywhere else. Thank you Dan

However 4 failed sale transactions followed, communication poor and we were disappointed. However, someone else took over the responsibility and there was a 360 turn around in the service. Jessica was, professional, proactive every step of the way, her tenacity got us over the line. We commend her efforts, fantastic job!

18th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

From start to finish, their team provided a seamless and stress-free experience. Rebecca and Samantha were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. They took the time to really understand our needs and what stood out most was the level of communication – I was always kept informed and felt completely supported throughout the process. Whether it was a quick phone call to provide updates or answering my many questions, they were always approachable and helpful. Thankyou so much to everyone there!

My interaction was with Jack mainly and he was always so kind and patient. He is definitely a true asset to Holroyd. Buying a house is and will always be a stressful process but having Jack with you on that journey makes it all worth while. Thank you for all your help and support.

Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
