Jenny Milne and I have invariably found Mr Tear to be very helpful in all our dealings with him. Whenever we have needed to raise any issues with him over the last couple of years, he has been extremely prompt in his responses and taken appropriate action where possible. We have been entirely happy with the professional level of service provided by Mr Tear.

The staff was very good but the preparation of the apartment was very poor, which has to reflect on the company. Many areas were not clean and the shower head didn't work, flying off at the first attempt at a shower. Great introduction to my new home.
The inventory was not correct in several areas, which is potentially very serious for the incoming tenant.
Fancy repair reporting system online but in view of my concerns, felt the company should have talked to me about these issues.
Also, I don't see why I have to go online to register a complaint or anything else. Being in the midst of moving is very stressful; a call from them would have been appreciated. Very poor customer service.
