I would never have believed selling a house could be made so easy and that that is solely down to the whole Baildon team. The friendly, approachable, super helpful team helped me through the process explaining what needed to be done and the next steps in a way that was easy to understand.

The staff at Dacre Son and Hartley Baildon particularly Kelly Driver and Jonathan Raynor were supportive ,informative and patient! during our 19 month process to sell and buy a house . There were complicating factors with one sale falling through towards the end of the process.
I always found Kelly easy to talk to and proactive within negotiations with all relevant parties . Both Kelly and Jonathan always had time for me and the dog!! as we called in to discuss the latest situation . Whilst abiding by all legal requirements they were proactive and solution focussed .They have a "can do "approach with a sense of humour, always good!

These guys are the best! We've had bad experiences with estate agent since we started looking for a house but every interaction with the Baildon branch of Dacres has been brilliant. We viewed multiple properties with Kelly and purchased a house through her too.
Sandra is so responsive and helpful and Kelly has been amazing from the start! She's kept us up to date on every movement of the process ensuring we understood what was going on at all times. Kelly was always on hand to answer questions and she really went above and beyond in assisting us with a property survey query.

I would definitely recommend Dacres in Baildon to friends and family.
I have recently bought a house through them and it has been a very testing and challenging purchase for us due to our house sale falling through twice then our purchase been a unregistered property which caused a lot of delays in the end.
Clare and Kelly have been absolutely amazing and a great support the whole way.
I can not thank them enough! They kept me updated at all times and helped me chase the solicitors when needed :)
The branch manager was also great at helping us keep our purchase when our sale fell through the second time!
