We've recently gone through both a sale and purchase of a property with Dacres in Baildon, the process itself was not straight forward with a number of challenges along the way. However, the team at Dacres were exemplary, great communicators and worked collaboratively with both the buyers and sellers at each stage to ensure that the process remained on track and all parties were informed along the way. We'd thoroughly recommend them as an agent they were accessible, friendly and informed throughout.

Kelly at Dacre Son & Hartley has been absolutely fantastic throughout our property sale and purchase. She is very professional and friendly, no question is too stupid! Moving house is daunting, but she kept us updated at all stages throughout the process, no matter the hour, she always had time for a phone call or email.

These guys are the best! We've had bad experiences with estate agent since we started looking for a house but every interaction with the Baildon branch of Dacres has been brilliant. We viewed multiple properties with Kelly and purchased a house through her too.
Sandra is so responsive and helpful and Kelly has been amazing from the start! She's kept us up to date on every movement of the process ensuring we understood what was going on at all times. Kelly was always on hand to answer questions and she really went above and beyond in assisting us with a property survey query.
The whole team are professional, friendly and efficient. I'd 100% recommend them, they have been amazing for us.

We sold our house with Dacres (and bought through YM) Dacres were by far the most welcoming, reliable & professional estate agents we have dealt with in Baildon. From the initial chat/visit from Jonathan then been passed to Kelly & her amazing team to guide us through the end to end selling & buying journey was superb. The journey has been bumpy, from clearing probate, surveyors reports, required building works, and collapsed sales - throughout Kelly has been outstanding; communication and willingness to support and help has never faltered.
