Jack at Holroyds Baildon did a fabulous job keeping the wheels of the sale moving. One aspect of the Holroyd service I really appreciated was Jack called everyone every week (the buyer, their solicitor, my solicitors, my onward’s estate agent) and then called me to provide full rounded update, meaning I didn’t need to chase these firms myself. The Holroyds agents are very friendly and always optimistic. Thanks team.

Sarah was the first mortgage advisor I spoke to who was friendly and approachable, and took the time to listen to all my daft first time buyer questions and found the best deal that suited my needs. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Thank you to Jack Pullan for your help throughout this whole process. Jack provided weekly updates and was always reassuring and happy to help with any questions and got answers from the different solicitors.
For any first time buyer who hasn’t a clue where to start - I highly recommended the team at Holroyds.

Fantastic team at Holroyds Baildon. This was the second time I’ve sold my home with them and Ben and Jack were fantastic. Got plenty of viewings and ended up with a good sale price too. Would not recommend. They didn't manage to sell my property. I had to constantly chase them regarding updates, no advice, a long drawn out process and a total waste of time. After six months, I changed agents and sold my property within a month. Janette is lovely, but that is the only positive.

I recently sold a property through maxwell's and have been bowled over by the level of professionalism aswell as friendly customer service. Their level of quality has been highlighted for me in comparison to the estate agent I've had to deal with for purchasing a property. It really has shown that all agents are not the same and that when looking at selling a property you really need to make sure you check out whoever you list your property with. Maxwell have been brilliant with every aspect of my sale and wish every other estate agent would have the same level of efficiency and professionalism.
