I’ve been a tenant of a property managed by Osborn Humphreys in Shoreham for the past 5 years, and I would like to give them the highest of recommendations! Over my adult lifetime I’ve lived in 3 different countries always as a renter, and this has been the best experience I have ever had. The team at the office are professional, efficient and kind. Whenever there was an issue with the property, even if it was on a weekend, Osborn Humphreys Shoreham liaised between the landlord, myself and the required contractor responsively. The monthly rent I paid was a very fair price, and when it finally came time to move on to another area of the world, the check out process was streamline and delightfully quick, helping me to get on my way with returned deposit and positive vibes!
If you are looking to work with a letting agent in the Shoreham By Sea area, talk to these fine folks, I’m sure you’ll be met with both courtesy and good results.

We recently sold our property through Osborn Humphreys and they were excellent. They are friendly, straightforward and and trustworthy. They valued our home accurately and it sold within weeks. They kept us up to date as the process went along and made the experience stress free for us.
We wouldn't use anyone else!
