Michael and his great team are always more than happy to help - if there has ever been a problem at the property, they are a phone call away and have a professional handyman/electrician/plumber on site asap - fabulous service. Their service is not only professional but they provide the best personal customer service, which in this day and age is difficult to find - Excellent!
Appalling estate agents. Loads of problems with my property having to refer to enviromental health. When speaking with the manager of daniel and hirst on the phone about the problems speaking down to me and eventually put the phone down on me.

It’s hard to work out the point of an estate agent that doesn’t respond to enquiries. I asked for details of lease, etc by email on Thursday afternoon and received a quick response from Josh on Friday morning saying they would send them as soon as possible. The Monday afternoon I chased them up with another email. No response. Now, a week later, still no response. How rude, I shall look elsewhere.
Matt and his team worked extremely hard to sell our house and also on the purchase of our new house. Would highly recommend for anyone buying or selling. Very poor experience with this agent. They managed the property but did nothing about a leak that was reported to them and confirmed by them by email. I have suffered damage to the contents, my insurance premiums and excess have increased, the owner suffered damage to their flat, and Hamptons International have denied all responsibility. Even though they manage the flat they did not visit until 6 weeks after the leak was reported.
