Relocating to Brighton can be quite stressful for me, especially when it comes to finding housing. Fortunately, Anya helped us find an ideal place for me and my daughter and guided us through the necessary steps. She was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend her services with a 5-star rating!

We switched to HW after our existing agents were not getting much relevant interest and were making mistakes, missing appointments etc. HW were friendly professional and supportive, we dealt with Niaombh and Adam who I can thoroughly recommend!

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

I would particularly like to give a huge thank you to Rebecca who is always so friendly, calm and helpful and very quick to reply to the many queries I have had. She also always does what she says she will do and due to her expert guidance and professionalism, I feel the whole experience has been far easier than it might otherwise have been! I would highly recommend Hanover Homes.

From each step of the sale they were faultless with their communication (via email & telephone calls), it's very rare these days to experience this level of customer service.
