Especially a woman that keeps hanging up on you when you call them! ?????? Outrageous! They think they own you but they forgot without us(people) there won't be a job for them. I would not recommend this letting agents to anyone.... Just nightmare.. Very very disappointed!

5th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)Matt and the team were phenomenal in facilitating the sale of our flat in Hove, helping us navigate various complexities. It was a pleasure being supported by Matt on, at times, a daily basis and his calm, pragmatic approach made a huge difference in some stressful times. They also went above and beyond on a particular matter which impressed us hugely and demonstrated that it's not just about the bottom line. We will be returning to Fine & Country when we're next selling again (hopefully not for 10+ years though!).

From the very start this company were very professional in their approach , offering advise not only on the selling price but also on how to present the property photographically. All members of their team were happy to answer any question we raised thereby ensuring the subsequent sale went through smoothly. We would thoroughly recommend Weatherills as they have proved themselves to be a thoroughly professional , efficient and friendly company to deal with. Thank you all Glynis and Derek Allen.

From the start, he had such a positive, can-do attitude and never made anything feel like too much trouble. He was approachable, friendly, and just really easy to talk to, which made a stressful situation a lot easier to handle. Thanks to Jack, we got a really positive outcome, and that’s hugely appreciated. 27th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Healy & Newsom, and in particular Lisa in Sales Progression, were instrumental in the successful sale of our property and the navigation of some particularly tricky and stressful negotiations. Lisa in particular provided a unique service I've never experienced before with an estate agent. Getting actively involved in the entire chain to spur on progress, while keeping me directly informed, explaining timelines/challenges and processes and even at times basically giving me therapy. She single handedly kept me sane during what became a particularly stressful sale due to personal circumstances and time pressures that the buyer utilised to their advantage, and without her help and H&N's guidance and protection I probably would have crumbled, so a MASSIVE thank you in particular to her. I also wanted to thank Simon who jumped in towards the end to help push negotiations, exchange and completion over the line. So to conclude; I can't and couldn't recommend an estate agent more than I do Healy & Newsom. Absolute legends.

He goes above and beyond, squeezing viewings in for us in a crowded diary. He is creative and thoughtful when showing us houses that need a lot of work. He is extremely driven, hardworking and motivated. He sends me more properties than any other agent I am registered with. He is a pleasure to work with and professional and considerate. Harry Mishons was was incredibly easy to contact, informative and pragmatic from booking the first viewing, all the way to completion. During the process, they were informative and supportive in ensuring the process went as smoothly as possible while we made sure it was the right purchase for us. Keira and Harry checked in during the process and kept us informed and were very helpful Mishons were also supportive on giving access to the property for further visits, including prior to completion. I am still amazed at how smoothe the buy process was, compared to what I was expecting and Mishons were a huge part of this. I would recommend them to anyone

24th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)I can’t fault the hard work that Aidan and Harry have put into selling our flat. When we first appointed Lextons last year, we were really unhappy with the service we received, however when our buyer pulled out and we had to go back on the market they did a full 180 and have been brilliant. Aidan was appointed to our sale after our buyer withdrew and he has been excellent. So kind, easy to talk to and has been really helpful throughout this whole process. He’s kept us in the loop, and kept us calm when things got a bit stressful. We really appreciate the work that he has done to get our sale over the line.

I moved my property to Luff & Co after terrible service at a competitor where I fell for the normal con of them indicator a higher sales price to market at. This competitors feedback was none existent where as Luff & Co kept me informed of every viewing before and after. They also advised on house dressing when the market slowed significantly. All in all a thoroughly professional service.
