We've had a really good experience of renting through Penyards, particularly with Ellie who is very professional and prompt when dealing with any issues with our property. As a result, we have been very happy tenants and been able to get any repairs or faults resolved very quickly, with the minimal of hassle.

After another local firm dropped the ball last minute, Kim proved to not only prove to be fantastic to work with but got us set up in a beautiful house in almost no time. I would strongly recommend her and Penyards to anyone in the area looking for a combination of reliability, astute approach and solid work ethic. Top marks.

My husband and I have found Penyards to be very friendly and efficient in finding a suitable tenant for our property. We dealt mainly with Kim, and occasionally Pippa. All staff were polite and knowledgeable. Excellent service.

I would like to thank Pippa for everything she has done in such a small time frame. From our first point of contact she has been knowledgable, friendly and completely transparent about the process, which has been a huge help for me and my partner as we are moving into our very first home. If Pippa is anything to go by, I would highly recommend Penyards.

Penyards have been very helpful and efficient when dealing with a property my partner and I are renting. Pippa was very knowledgeable about the property and the area, which we have found to be rare during this process! She gave us a lot of helpful advice and communication has been excellent. It was particularly helpful receiving confirmations for viewings as this helped us to stay organised, and this is something that few other estate agents have done.

Penyards were very helpful when we were looking for a new home in Winchester. They suggested to us properties we might like, and this was how we found a lovely flat we hadn't even considered at first.
