Austin Hawk letting have been fantastic! We have dealt mainly with John and Tracy and over the years they have ensured we have a positive rental experience. They have been professional with regular checks of the property and a very comprehensive inventory when we moved in. We have now moved to a larger property, unfortunately not managed by Austin Hawk and boy do we miss them. They are not only professional themselves but work with good quality professional, from the inventory company to the cleaners they recommend. This ensures both the tenant and the landlord are getting a good service. We would definitely recommend them and let through them again.

Although chatty and smiling I found the customer service poor. I had to chase my tail, doing bits and pieces they should have handled! Ended up calling a different branch 3 or 4 times to chase an email that hand't been sent and not once did anyone offer to track down the issue for me. An issue they created! The standing order wasn't set up for the rent. Agents were arrogant and pushy. Incredulous when I had questions about the contract, as if they were shocked I had even read it. Treated me like an idiot. Given the fees and the fact this is a national professional company I would have excepted a greater degree of professionalism and customer service!!
Excellent professional service from start to finish. Constant contact/feedback before and after each viewing. Would through recomend.
Called for a valuation and left a message. No reply so followed up - eventually someone called back and arranged a date. Nobody turned up on the day/time agreed and nobody wrote to say that they couldn't come. Sorry Savills, if you cannot be bothered then you're not for me.

I was made to feel as if no question was a silly questions and this really helped through the process. Simon was always available and worked really well around our schedule for viewings. A can honestly say, I have no idea how people have given this estate agent 5 star, they have been nothing but useless with me and my 3 friends who were renting from them. They ignored emails or took up to a week to reply, we’ve been waiting for ages for our deposit back which was an extortionate amount to begin with. Every time I’ve been into the office they were rude or unhelpful. Unless I’ve been dealing with the different people, it truly baffles me how people can say they were helpful and 5 star? Shocking
Mark and Rob have been brilliant in all elements of selling my house from the first meeting, the great photographs and 3D plan to knowing that I can get on with moving into my new house on moving day next week whilst they meet my homes new owner.
Extremely friendly and approachable they have been on hand whenever I had a question and sold my house the day after the open day which was a week after it going on the market. I can't recommend them enough.
Generally the agent was good though he encouraged a price drop.
Not so impressed with the solicitors they recommended. Though they did improve, with a change of staff, towards completion. Offer to completion was too long at about 3 months. I still don’t know what caused the delay?
