Unfortunately this company Belgarum property management solutions has fallen along way short of helpful. Lack of response and action for safety concerns at a property they manage. Unfortunately my poor dad has been left without a solution and false promises for nearly a year for a dangerous outside deck space which has yet to have any work or communication on. I will be taking this to legal aid as this is unacceptable.

Hi, we did not end up buying through Belgarum, however, we did feel that Cameron was a great agent we had dealt with in our property search. A lot of agents especially in this market are a bit cocky and full of themselves. Properties effectively sell themselves in this market so an inflated ego is based on performance under these conditions is not valid. Cameron however is not like this and we thought it was a breath of fresh air. We saw a few properties consecutively and even though we could not get into a property as the locking mechanism had broken, we felt like we had a worthwhile experience viewing the outside and surrounding area. It’s hard to fully describe but we just felt as if he was genuine and wanted to work for our best interests, more than just getting a sale. We saw over 10 properties with a host of different agents and even though we did not go for the properties my girlfriend and I turned to eachother and said simultaneously Cameron was great and wished other agents were like that.
