Settlement in our bedroom leading across the ceiling, down the wall and along then continuing into the bathroom. Brown marks on some of the doors (which are white), small hole with a screw showing through on the stairs' ceiling, a major leak within the bathroom after having a shower as on coming downstairs afterwards, water was coming on to our lounge ceiling. There are slight signs of possible early rust with brown marks showing on our bedroom radiator screw. Positives are the property room sizes, easy to look after sized garden, nice carpeting throughout apart from kitchen area and built-in washer/dryer and fridge freezer.
