My time with Fran, Debs and Tom is now coming to an end and what can I say?
Having had a terrible time with another agent whom shall be nameless but I have to say I am extremely fond of butter. I was recommend Whitecroft and Lloyd and all became good. From day one meeting Debs then Tom to value and take lovely photos of my property then of course dear Fran I had found not only professional people but caring people with a passion for their business which is very rare in todays so called modern world.
I shall miss popping in for a chat and of course the coffee but they know they will always be welcome to pop in on me if ever down my way.
Thank you doesn't seem enough but I will always remember the kindness and caring shown throughout my journey and as you know I tell everyone wanting to sell... Go to Wheatcroft and Lloyd Sandbach you won't regret it.

Fran Wheatcroft was particularly instrumental in the sale of my house. She went 'above and beyond', working outside of office hours, helping with queries, liaising with the buyers, solicitors and estate agents as and when required.
She persevered when getting no responses from other parties involved in the sale and purchase. Responding to telephone calls and emails seemingly 24/7 at times.

Don't be fooled!
Whilst Wheatcroft & Lloyd may seem easy going and convivial, there's a real enthusiasm to get the job done and your house sold.
Some properties will always be challenging to sell with sales falling through for any number of reasons. Such was the case with my mother's house with 2 failures. Undaunted, W&L quickly found new buyers each time. Throughout the process, Fran, Debi and the team kept me informed of viewings (there were plenty), gave feedback and offered advice on the best course of action. Keeping in touch I think is essential and it always surprises me how many estate agents don't look after their clients in this simple way.
The positive outlook which W&L maintained even after sales had fallen through helped tremendously and they went straight back to what they do best, i.e. selling the house.

Our journey with Fran and Debs started in August 22. As soon as we met I felt a warm and nurturing feel about them both. They were very complimentary about our house and confident they could sell it. They were right....took only 5 days! They have both been absolutely fantastic helping us get through our purchase. I doubt many estate agents would find themselves described as "just wonderful" by their clients but Debi and Fran are just that. We needed an estate agent who would do every viewing including weekends and not need chasing and Debi and Fran exceeded expectations. We really felt they loved our home which no doubt helped sell it. These agents really want to look after their clients and look after you from the point of taking on your house to even helping with your onward purchase with another agent. We used Wheatcroft and Lloyd to sell my Dad’s house. I make a point of using local independent companies and I noticed that they’d sold a house close to me very quickly. During the initial appointment they explained how they would market the house with no estate agent jargon, then made sure the advert was correct with plenty of great photos etc. The sale exchanged and completed within 24 hours, a very nervous time, but Debi Lloyd kept chasing the chain to make sure it all happened. We couldn’t have wished for a better estate agent and would happily recommend them to anyone. I wish Fran and Debi all the best for the future, they thoroughly deserve it!

Debi was absolutely fantastic, with a complete lack of clarity and support from solicitors throughout our chain Debi went above and beyond to contact each individual party to inform ourselves of where things were up to, she met us late in the evening to allow us access to the garage to the property we were purchasing that she had kindly negotiated for us so that we could store our belongings and not have to pay additional van hire fees. Debi was the only contact throughout our whole sale/purchase that was completely transparent and honest with us, she made us feel like she was on our side and genuinely cared about us and the ordeal we went through. I cannot recommend Wheatcroft and Lloyd enough. They supported us through every step of our house sale and were always there to answer any questions we had. The team are fantastic, they are committed, reliable and provide a very personal, caring service.
The company also have very extensive knowledge of the local area, which meant the could offer additional support with arranging solicitors, mortgage brokers and even with the purchase of our new property outside the area.
