From the very first contact they have been patient, courteous, helpful in everyway. I must have spoken to three people in the organisation and all of them were delightful. They new exactly who I was and what case they were dealing with. I don't think I heired the expression "Bear with me" once.
Joanne and Jen have been very helpful and I think there was one other young lady who kept me on the straight and narrow. I'm not very good with names - have difficulty remembering my own!
