From the very start when I called to book the valuation, right up to the completion date, the service has been excellent! Any queries have been dealt with quickly and communication has been fantastic. At the valuation stage we felt Davina was very knowledgeable, had such a positive and enthusiastic attitude, she was definitely the best person to sell our house! Viewings were booked in quickly and easily and once we received an offer the team took over and guided us through the process. We were also introduced to a mortgage advisor and solicitor through countrywide, both have delivered a service which has exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend the whole package!

Well, that was painless. We popped into a very cheerful Bridgfords in Alsager to ask for a valuation on our house. Abigail gave us a lot of information on the market and also told us, for example, how their open house events had proved a successful way to sell houses quickly.
Jade had a look around our house and gave us a best price guide, using local data, and recommended what we agreed was a sensible valuation.
Within a couple of weeks - and after clearing a lot of our clutter - we approved their professional photographs and marketing information and were telephoned by Abigail the same day with details of a viewing she had arranged. After a steady stream of viewings, and some retpeat viewings, ten days later we heard from Davina with details of an offer very close to the original valuation and which we were happy to accept.
I have to say that the Alsager Bridgfords team kept us in the loop throughout and were a pleasure to deal with.

Worked hard to sell my mother’s house in a economically and weather challenged period and also showed initiative in chasing up ‘possibles’ and discussing potential price negotiations and setting up an ‘open house’ to pull in potential customers. They waited a long time for their commission too, it’s tough out there. Well done all. The joint agents, Stephenson Brown were barely present, arranged a 10th of the viewings and hardly stayed in contact. I think they got a fee though, unfair but such is life.

We brought or new family home through the Alsager branch. Kelly was ace from start to finish, she arranged a number of different viewings for us before we made our final decision on our new home. Even then she took us back to make sure several times, nothing was too much trouble for her. Throughout the sale she kept her weekly phone calls keeping us up to date with what was going on, right up to moving in day!!
The best thing about Bridgfords Alsager..... Davina and her girls Kelly and Sue. They are fantastic they tell you the truth, they are fair, they have a giggle and most importantly they are real. Although I’m extremely happy with my new house. I may just have to call In every week to see these wonderful funny ladies.

Bridgfords were and are a very friendly and professional company from start to finish.
One of the reasons we chose Bridgfords is because they were the only one to talk honestly and not belittle or talk down their competitors in order to gain customers (unlike two others!), Tracy the manager at their Crewe office was our first contact with Bridgfords and remained courteous and informative from the outset to completion all very professional.
Crewe’s viewings team were excellent, respecting our property at all times and giving prompt informative feedback. To be fair they had three buyers make offers in the first week of marketing and the property was under offer at the end of that week. A special thank you to Emily so efficient and helpful ????

“Selling from outside the area, Buying from within.”
We initially put our house on the market with a local agent who promised us the best service of a lifetime and failed badly to deliver.
During this time we came to Alsager looking for our new home. There we met Amy of the Alsager team who is a credit to the company with lots of local knowledge of the area , properties, was very helpful and has a lovely personality.
Having found a property of interest we then met Davina, who is the senior advisor at the Alsager office. Because of her obvious sales/marketing skills, experience and enthusiasm, we asked her to take on our property and we terminated the contract with the initial agent.
The Sale was then mainly marketed by Kelly of the team. Kelly too is so enthusiastic, very pro-active and always honest in her constant communications.
Having now bought and sold through the Alsager office, I cannot commend them enough for their enthusiasm, and professional manner in which they dealt with the negotiations during which time there were a few difficult obstacles.
Finally I believe, to many agents this industry is just a job and you are “ just another customer!”
This is definitely Not the case with the Alsager team.

The staff were all friendly and easy to get in contact with. They made the whole move very pleasurable. Been a first time buyer they explained it all and didn't make us free inadequate.

Steer well clear, abysmal service from a buying point of view, pressure sales all the time wanting early valuations before mortage valuation, gazumping specialists, best be a cash buyer or don't bother unless you want to be left out of pocket, then get brushed aside when you ask for recompense
