High-pressure sales techniques applied from the minute you sign on the dotted line. As an agency acting on behalf of us the vendor, it was clear that the purchaser was treated as the client and not us, the vendor. Email communications and instructions were blatantly ignored on numerous occasions. When challenged, about the number of harassing emails and level of stress placed on us the vendors, the sales manager became emotional to the point where calls were terminated and professional lines were crossed. Pressure to complete lengthy sales questionnaires and sign contracts whilst returning immediately to the solicitor was also applied, yet when push came to shove it turned out the purchasers were perhaps not quite ready to sign everything after all. All in all, a terrible experience. The only saving grace would be the sales rep Joe. He was a professional and did a good job of securing numerous offers on the property. In my honest opinion, he is the one who should be running the agency, not the existing high pressure sales manager.... Read more

I’ve never known such a pro-active, supportive and invested estate agent. We have been buyers through Peter Howard and after our first sale collapsed they worked really hard to find us another home, which was even better than the first! They helped chase every aspect of the chain with a can-do attitude and were super-responsive to any and all queries/ requests. We plan on living in our current home for a good few years, but when we come to sell we will absolutely be doing through them.
