High-pressure sales techniques applied from the minute you sign on the dotted line. As an agency acting on behalf of us the vendor, it was clear that the purchaser was treated as the client and not us, the vendor. Email communications and instructions were blatantly ignored on numerous occasions. When challenged, about the number of harassing emails and level of stress placed on us the vendors, the sales manager became emotional to the point where calls were terminated and professional lines were crossed. Pressure to complete lengthy sales questionnaires and sign contracts whilst returning immediately to the solicitor was also applied, yet when push came to shove it turned out the purchasers were perhaps not quite ready to sign everything after all. All in all, a terrible experience. The only saving grace would be the sales rep Joe. He was a professional and did a good job of securing numerous offers on the property. In my honest opinion, he is the one who should be running the agency, not the existing high pressure sales manager.

Peter Howard Properties were great: very proactively, they came to us when we became dissatisfied by two other agencies and told us that they might already have a buyer for our house. They actually did, and they were very attentive and supportive during the whole lengthy process of selling the house. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve never known such a pro-active, supportive and invested estate agent. We have been buyers through Peter Howard and after our first sale collapsed they worked really hard to find us another home, which was even better than the first! They helped chase every aspect of the chain with a can-do attitude and were super-responsive to any and all queries/ requests. We plan on living in our current home for a good few years, but when we come to sell we will absolutely be doing through them.
Particular thanks to Connie and Laura, they were both absolutely brilliant.

Valued my home £50,000 over market value! I've heard this isn't the first time they've done this either. Looks bad on the company when somebody comes out and values a home with no idea on what is happening with the local market. One word - Embarrassing!

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Laura and team at Peter Howard Properties. Given our property needed a lot of work, we had to make several viewings for quotations after our offer was accepted and the team bent over backwards to help us out - they really went the extra mile for us. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Superb service selling our property!! - having been an estate agent myself previously, I know the stress that moving can be. Can honestly say we had regular updates and not one hiccup all the way from putting the property up, too completion of the sale last week. We dealt with Rob mainly who was excellent but all the team were very helpful and efficient when rob wasn't around, would recommend Peter Howard to any buyer or sellers on the property market.
