I arrange a viewing, go have a viewing, the same day I am sent forms to fill for referencing and am told that it will be sent to the landlord for consideration. For 17 days there is absolutely no response from the agent whatsoever, and then on the 17th day the property is no longer on the market on Rightmove and can't be seen on their website. Be aware, checking their reviews here on Google, this seems to be a common occursnce with them.... Read more
