Over the years we have been tenants renting a home, home-owners and landlords in both commercial and residential. Our own experiences allow us to understand the needs of our customers.

Poor communication and no show to viewing my property. Constantly chasing with no call back, then after complaining to the company, was told they have decided to not proceed with letting my property. Complete scam.

Poor service from start to finish. Never get back to you have to constantly chase.
Finally got a response from Rio and it wasn’t news I was expecting after a 2+ week delay in response.
Claims he was on holiday for that duration.
Poor communication if this is the case clearly don’t have the staff to handle their workload and leave potential opportunities on the table.

Fantastic talk fantastic service until you suffer. Nothing much, you would just have to chase up Ruhul or the agent for your rent not their fault people forget you know. every other month tenants won’t pay you rent but it’s normal nothing serious you just pay high mortgage and other costs from your pocket. They will make you realise tenants are God you need to worship them. Your property might get damaged but you won’t get a notification, your ceiling might collapse or flooring, lighting gets missing but it’s okay not their fault. If you want your house back you get it with full of rubbish you are there free to clean up why worry. Oops I have said so many things about them they will not agree to anything or apologise for the wrong instead they will blame me for writing it so I apologise for using your service Lordoson.
